I read the whole article, and didn’t see religion mentioned once....

The whole video isn’t there, but i suspect to deescalate, and render aid. Idk, I was t there, and the rest of the vid is unavailable.

As I’ve said before, I don’t disagree with the sentiment. She is likely most responsible. But after slamming head in pavement, one probably needs help, regardless of how they got there.

Honestly, gtfo with your fucked up opinion. I do t care who put themsleves in what situation. One person was getting slapped, the other slammed the back of their head on pavement. Doesn’t matter who’s fault it was, or who started it. The second will get a rise out of me. If she was a big girl and knocked the dude over, I’d run to help him out too, because that’s potentially life threatening, and that goes above and beyond women being conditioned to violence, or whatever else.

I dont disagree with you comment, but the question was why did the cop/bouncer only react when the woman was receiving retaliation? Obvious answer is that the man’s health and safety was not in danger, but her’s was. That’s not to say who was response now from the start.
/r/PussyPassDenied20/07/20 07:33 PM

No, I’m saying that the level of urgency is a bit different.
/r/PussyPassDenied20/07/20 02:46 PM

Well, the lady slapping the dude is weak. Him laying her out can have serious medical consequences. There’s a difference between an issue of bullshit, and an issue of health&safety.

I guess it shows property ownership? I mean, I get why that could be desirable.....

Most cultures, including Europeans ones, have derogatory terms that compares people to livestock. So it’s pretty common too, to refer to somebody exhibiting animal behavior, as an animal.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/06/20 05:34 PM
-1

It’s symbolic in two ways: Shows how much we are just all the same and how race isn’t really relevant. African American last names were often inherited from their owners. It’s possible that someone from this lady’s lineage, owned one of this man’s ancestors, and it’s how the name was passed along.

Was in one when younger. Like 7th grade, or so, about something dumb. Our buddies stepped in as minor the injuries piled on. It’s a reasonable belief, that people will intervene when real injuries begin appearing. May be different with adults, though, as some drunk guys can easily injure the bystanders too.
/r/PussyPassDenied31/03/20 06:40 PM

Real injuries are generally undesirable. These are just some stupid fucking kids afterall.

I mean, the crowd, in this context, would react the same if it was two guys fighting, and one was very clearly losing.

No, obesity being under one’s control is true in like 99% of cases. However, height, sex, and race are not. You can be a very big person without being a fat ass. Some people are just walking dressers, probably more equipped to swing an axe in medieval times, but they were just born that way.

Maybe they can’t move the date because it’s a multi-billion dollar project that impacts tens of millions of people. If that site was important, they would’ve moved it. A large number of important sites are no longer in their original location in China.

Idk, I’ve participated in contact and combat sports, one competitively (hockey) for over a decade all through school and afterward for a bit. No, I think having some “instinct” to want physical altercation is more indicative of you being an asshole, not whether someone is less of a man. Or, more likely, you do t have healthy ways of expressing your bullshit, like via sports, that you seem to think that getting into actual fights is part of your ridiculous version of male identity.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/02/20 08:21 PM
3

So assaulting another person makes one a real man? I didn’t think that a real man would need to assault someone. Sounds more like compensation for a lack of something, or other.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/02/20 07:59 PM
1

Not really, I actually don’t remember getting into any physical fights as a kid.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/02/20 07:06 PM
2

No it’s not. There are maybe 100,000 infections in a sea of 1.3 billion Chinese people. There is no good reason for anyone to assume she is sick. There is no way to tell if this is Wuhan, or not, so being the epicenter of the disease is a complete assumption. She’s just some fucking psycho who picked a fight with another dumbass, and went straight to the nuclear escalation option. None of these are good reasons to kick her ass, however. While idk the laws well enough to see if she deserves furth…

Pretty sure wailing on each other releases a lot of pathogens irregardless of the bloodletting. Getting away is the only method to reduce infection risk. Getting up into her face, in a tense situation, isn’t helping anyone.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/02/20 02:29 PM
1

Pretty sure she’s got nowhere to go as she’s being wailed on. The video also does not at all depict who who instigated the fight, and clearly starts long after the altercation is on its way. The context title on this video is also different than in other subs, and was likely made up completely by OP. So none of these arguments are relevant.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/02/20 02:28 PM
1

Well, a gun in the video would be more clear than some made up context title
/r/PussyPassDenied25/02/20 02:26 PM
2

Your sense of “justice” is fucked. She sucks, and if the video title is true, she likely committed a crime. But assaulting her in return doesn’t make it right, either.

Did you think they still wear those funny Asian hats and live in total destitution?
/r/PussyPassDenied25/02/20 02:14 PM
2

And I’m sure that wailing on someone doesn’t release more airborne particulates from both people, blood or not.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/02/20 02:14 PM
2

I’m talking about the “recovery” part. A full and official recovery can take months, and many weeks after the worst part (when most people die) is over.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/02/20 02:12 PM
2

Yea, because people die way quicker than “recover”. No shit, official recover can take months. Dying can take days. This virus is not really all that deadly.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/02/20 01:59 PM

I didn’t see this in the video. Just one person kicking the ass of another.

Idk. Plenty wrong with China, but this isn’t a good example. Dams can provide electricity, water reservoir, and agricultural irrigation for tens of millions of people. Also, dams prevent recurring flooding, which is extremely disruptive for modern society and is no longer needed to fertilize agricultural land due to modern farming practices and technologies. What you’re likely referring to is the Three Gotges Dam, the largest dam in the world for a number of recent years (recently surpassed). Ye…

/r/PussyPassDenied25/02/20 01:40 PM

Not relevant, because I’d never (and I think most people) wail on someone pointing a gun at me. There is minimal death risk due to virus. Approximately 5,000/million (ppm) of Chinese are infected. Vast majority survive. The hysteria surrounding the outbreak is far more damaging than any virus, or having a gun pointed directly at you.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/02/20 09:20 PM
1

Not a relevant comparison with a toy gun.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/02/20 09:13 PM
0

And? So what? Two people bickering, and one of them choosing the nuclear option is a far cry from either actually being infected. To give an idea of the hysteria about this virus: 77k cases in China out of 1.3 billion people. Gives a 0.05 percent chance any one person is infected.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/02/20 06:49 PM

She is almost certainly not infected, and neither is he. Just two assholes wanting to pick a fight, and finding each other.

I think his career is in decline because he just isn’t that relevant anymore. After Pirates took off, he got typecast to play the same character in every movie, but in a different costume. Got boring to watch him. This started to happen long before Heard came into the picture.

No, You can’t reach perfect equality ever, but if there is a huge difference and no obvious discrimination, then it’s worth looking into the systemic and societal causes of such things. We aren’t talking about 45 women to 55 men in STEM. In engineering the breakdown is 1 woman to 5 men.
/r/PussyPassDenied21/08/19 12:11 AM

There are definite biological differences between men and women, but how that influences a lot of behaviors or profession is not really all that well known. Nature vs Nurture India has a different problem in that they’re poor as fuck so people of all backgrounds go into fields with highest earning potential, such as STEM, overriding existing biases. Swedes aren’t going to die from starvation any time soon, and thus have broader choices to make in their professions. While there is correlation bet…

False. Every single person has had a completely unique life experience. African guy is just an extreme example. You really don’t know who has what to offer just by looking at their basic demographic. It’s the same reason why high schools with more students have better sports teams. The more people you have to choose from, the better the result.

Diversity ain’t bad. Engineering requires a lot of creativity. A limited talent Pool will have limited solutions. Had an African classmate in engineering school who could relate shit his poor ass village did to extract water to our projects much more than my comfy suburban upbringing, despite probably having way less time with a calculus book.

Systemic discrimination is pretty much explained by the overwhelming statistical difference between men and women going into STEM fields. Notice how this doesn’t necessarily require any individual or deliberate discrimination, hence its systemic or built into our system. You can argue that our society is structured in a way to steer genders in pre-determined paths. Hence we see the result that we see. You can apply this same logic to explain why women are under represented in many fields, especi…

Pretty much spot on. However, I do also support some organizations that bring more women into STEM. Many of these programs empower some women to “be the change you want to see”. Other than that, most of these discussions at just hot air, with no real world meaning.

I’m pretty sure the idea is getting women into higher paying fields as opposed to just paying them more. The argument, with which I personally disagree, is that “toxic masculinity” is blocking or intimidating many women from joining higher paying fields, such as engineering, for example. From my experience as an engineer, most companies bend over backwards to keep female engineers happy and employed there. Most women just don’t want to go into the field, they don’t find it interesting. Then if t…

The wage gap is definitely real, just maybe not under the definition that is being propogandized. It is a fact that an average woman earns ~$0.70 on the dollar an average man earns. It’s just that the causes of this have little to nothing to do with any actual oppression/discrimination/victimization as it’s being drilled into all of is. It all has to do with the difference in career choices made by average men and average women. Also, certain societal expectations placed on both men and women ar…

Actually if you read my other comments here, I’m making the case for the exact opposite. My only point here is that a chosen civilian profession has little bearing on service qualification. I’m all for women and men serving in EVERY role as long as the qualifications ARE THE SAME.

We aren’t built to be “warriors” per se, but definitely have a very significant physical advantage. Distraction aside (which can be countered with cultural change), it’s an issue of carrying your own weight. An average woman simply cannot physically do the same things that an average man can. In the end, can’t this whole debate be just killed with having the same qualifications requirements for every job. I know you won’t get 50/50 men/women ratios in all roles, but that’s just life.

In a physical sense, yes. Nose picker Joe is likely stronger than most women. I’m not a big dude and haven’t been athletic in years. My gf is fairly tall for a girl. I can pin her down with absolutely no difficulty. I’m also way way stronger than both my mom and sister, despite both of them being athletic. This is a biological reality that pretty much applies to every human with a few exceptions. Of course there are some women that can kick my ass, even without any training, but that’s very rare…

There is way more that men can do about it as opposed to women. Aside from issues relating false accusations (statistically very rare), a typical man can easily overpower a typical woman. Women are much much physically weaker, and hence more vulnerable in a physical confrontation with a man. There is literally nothing a typical woman can physically do to stop a man from taking advantage of her. This is the key difference, and I can’t believe none of you guys can understand this. She’s a dumbass, but what’s the foundation of these charges? Does knocking someone’s hat off really mean that it’s an assault? Slapping the teacher, however.....

90% of Russians live on the European side. Nobody really lives on the Asian side (Siberia)

Did you also notice that all those countries were led by strongmen that repeatedly and brutally put down every rebellion. Those Islamic extremists were always there. By toppling their strongmen, we just too the lids off. They are quite clear as to why they hate us, and it’s more that just because we are physically there. They hate our way of life. It sounded rediculous at the time, but Bush was right: “they hate us for our freedom”

Russians are Asians?

It’s like the incels have taken over. Edit: per downvotes I am beginning to assume my original comment is more true than I thought.

Not from that part of the world, but it’s more like an indentured servant as opposed to straight up slave. Although there is significant overlap between indentured servitude and slavery.

They aren’t just “imaginary” likes. These people become “stars” because brands pay and promote them to strut their shit in whatever medium, be it instagram, TV, magazines, whatever.

On a high level, Asian can be broken down into a few easy groups: Middle Eastern, South Asian, Central Asian, and East Asian. It’s gets more complicated where these lines overlap.

Ukraine? Wtf? This is geography news to me. FYI, 90%+ of Russia’s population lives in the European side. It’s like saying that US is Asia when we had the Philippines.

Firing it straight up in the air, the bullet reach a a pretty low terminal velocity falling/tumbling back down. However, bulletsfired at angles retain their horizontal velocity to remain lethal for a few miles. In the video, they are shooting the guns at a less than 45 degree angle. Those shots can absolutely be lethal on the way down.

Shooting on sight? Yea, probably cheaper and easier? But if that’s the default reaction, how many people also get shot on sight just from being in the wrong place at the wrong time?

Not sure how this is PPD. I had a guy friend detained for the same thing some years back.

I don’t see how this is PPD. Had she had been a man, she would have been executed or at least given a much heavier sentence.

Except it’s not self destructing. It’s picking up steam. Celebs and politicians (deserved or not) are going down all around. It’s probably good that more visibility is coming to the issue but it’s still hard for men’s complaints to be taken seriously. The only one I’ve heard was Terry Crews and I only heard it on reddit.

Well, I imagine being gay in prison will make you a target for physical abuse so as far as safety is concerned, it sort of makes sense. Although, wouldn't gay men also be at high risk of getting raped by women? I was just saying that depending on the type of person, you may or may not be able to handle physical or emotional abuse better than the other.

I imagine a lot more emotional abuse in a woman's prison, but more physical abuse in a men's prison. Depending on who you are and your personality, one may be worse than the other.

I'd say the same for men. I know a couple weird dudes who got shafted by genes or had shitty attitudes to a point that no girl would want to date them. They are some of the biggest misogynists I know.

From other reports I've read is that Germany is being very cautious. They explicitly mentioned that they don't want this bs back on their turf and that individuals will have to face the justice systems of the respective countries they are caught in. Let's see what happens.

I'd argue it's worse. There's probably a lot of nuance to all the different working of the healthcare systems, what sorts of preexisting conditions different populations have, etc. But lots if Europeans smoke and lots of Americans are fat. Based on life expectancy, obesity is killing Americans faster than smoking is killing Europeans.

I don't really like the "provoke a man into violence" line. Provoke can mean a lot of things. If you're a woman talking shit, it's whatever. It's still not right to hit somebody over words, regardless if gender. I can take that and throw shit back at you. If you ever touch me in a violent manner, however, I will knock you the fuck out.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
