Worst case scenario you leak the recording to her social group to discredit her, and if that's not enough to make her retract her claim you then leak it publicly. What would you rather be prosecuted for?

The worst part about these whores is that they have to lie to themselves about not being whores because women look down on whore work. I've never met a man who looked down on prostitution, but for women it's about the worst insult you can throw at them.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_(Australian_law) In order to be found guilty of murder under the New South Wales Crimes Act 1900, intent to cause grievous bodily harm or reckless indifference to human life is sufficient to secure a conviction for murder. Reckless indifference to human life is characterised by the awareness of the probability (as opposed to possibility) of the accused's act resulting in a person's death (as opposed to merely resulting in grievous bodily harm). You read the article, didn't you? Not even the prosecutors are arguing he threw her off the balcony. Now imagine his chances without the audio leading up to the event that shows the girl to be an unstable and violent person. The dude wouldn't have a chance.

This guy has an audio recording of a girl falling off his balcony on her own and they're still trying him for murder. He might still get convicted --- think how screwed he would have been if he hadn't been recording. There should be a better way but there isn't. Don't play dice with this stuff. http://www.news.com.au/national/queensland/courts-law/counsel-says-victims-fear-so-great-it-was-as-if-tostee-pushed-her-from-the-balcony-himself/news-story/19a591e6fb11771abac98cdce4b816b8

This is not a "tax gap" any more than it is when a rich person pays more in tax than a poor person. You're still better off being the rich guy.

Very, very few will. The same with websites like yours. The best piece of advice is to be early to market in an untapped field. The Youtube video-game market is tapped already. Maybe you're early to the red-pill bubble or something and will experience great success but the measure of that is time. Making thousands a year, not hundreds as measured by a single good day.

This certainly isn't true in my country and sounds completely illegal. If you work two jobs who owns the IP for stuff you do on your own time? Sounds like you may be misinterpreting your company's employment contracts.

I'd have to agree with this. I've worked on three continents and traveled to a dozen different countries. All that made me was a tourist, not an interesting person. I can have an intelligent conversation about the places I've traveled with people who are interested in discussing them but having a stamped passport doesn't make you an interesting person.

It's weird that people hate the trend but refuse to buck against it for fear of being smacked down. Not everybody needs to be Rosa Parks, but somebody needs to sit down with in the white part of the bus or nothing will change. On the contrary, it's only going to get worse.

The fact that that Australia has a law requiring companies to report on the women they employee in what positions means the country jumped the shark years ago. There's no requirement to report on how many days of productivity are lost to maternity leave as a result of course. https://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/C2012C00899

Are you neglecting them entirely to focus on your studies? Even if you're putting time into personal activities, you should still make time to maintain your social circle. I'd recommend budgeting your time. It's a lot easier for people to understand why you can't spend time to them if you explain you have to spend X hours on study in a week, and that your free time, Y, has already been used up.

Hilarious mostly because of the comments I read at the bottom of the below article yesterday regarding opening the door for girls and how it's lose/lose in that you're equally likely to offend them as flatter them. If you start at 160lbs and 10% body fat, you still have a ton of weight tied up in bones, internal organs, and water. Granted, your organs still require energy to survive, but you can't just treat it all as muscle mass. Your calculations are misleading.

This was my take away. I can't really feel sorry for people who are depressed and commit suicide. I don't feel it's the rest of society's job to talk them out of it, and the corollary to that is I don't see anything wrong with encouraging them to go through with it. Ultimately the responsibility rests with the individual. This is not a popular opinion, clearly.

You are free to trust anybody who has earned that trust. Contrary to popular belief NAWALT, and if your partner wants a night out with the girls once in a blue moon it is not a foregone conclusion she will be sucking a stranger's dick in the toilets before the night is over. Just don't give away trust to anybody without a solid track record to back it up.

I agree with everything except training hungover. When I'm hungover it's generally from binge drinking, and if I'm that hungover my body is in trauma. Just like you shouldn't exercise when you're ill, you shouldn't exercise when your body is in trauma from alcohol abuse. You're dehydrated and your body is trying to detoxify. Let it do its job.

You're drawing a really long bow here. Who do women post for? Their peers. Why would she post how much she loves her hubby when the post isn't actually directed at him. She's bragging to her friends about how awesome her life is. Take some time off the red pill dude. You're jumping at shadows.

He deserves the hate if that's what he wrote. You can't claim this as a thought exercise a'la Richard Dawkins when you word the entire piece as though it's a serious suggestion. Even if the underlying message is sound, phrases like "I thought about this problem and am sure I have the solution: make rape legal if done on private property" and "If rape becomes legal under my proposal, a girl will protect her body in the same manner that she protects her purse and smartphone" are foolish to make in…

Can you explain your experiences trying to LTR a girl who has had FWBs and why it was a bad idea? A girl who has engaged in FWB relationships is a hell of a lot closer to being relationship-worthy than a girl who picks up a random guy whenever she needs a release because of her lower partner count. I'm specifically looking for why girls like this are a bad choice, because all the opening post says is that you don't have to commit if all you want is sex, which is fine if that's all you want. Yeah we read the same thing. In any normal job when you're going on vacation you have to tell people about it -- you can't just up and vanish, so not telling people about your private life is completely impractical advice. The OP fucked up by not getting being proactive about getting the contract renewal organised on his own terms, and putting it all in writing. Telling his coworker he was going away is not the problem here.

This is nonsense. If you're going to be uncontactable on certain channels you absolutely need to tell people. The office messed up by having a shitty "verbal" process. The dude messed up by putting nothing in writing, i.e. email. Neither of these have anything to do with hiding your private life. Your advice is just bad.

I wonder how many posts about counselling are from people who have actually been to counselling and how many posts are pure projection. I can't trust any advice that isn't actually based on experience, so it would be helpful if posts like this were framed in terms of "when I went to counselling it went like this and it turned out to be bad advice." Anything less is idle speculation.

Not quite an analog to your story, but I was at a conference last week and walking back to the hotel with 2 male colleagues -- they wanted to get to their rooms and sleep; I just wanted to get a taxi home. A drunk girl appears out of a doorway in front of a bar we were passing and clumsily tries to get our attention with the line "they stopped serving me at this bar!" like we should care. None of us are interested so we keep walking and then from behind us we hear her saying "what are you, gay?"…

I have to down-vote this. It's the woman's body and the woman's burden -- the choice should be entirely her's. With that said paternity support from the man should be optional in all cases for the very same reasons; it's the woman's body and the woman's burden.

I live in a country where a de facto relationship is the legal equivalent of marriage; after a period of 24 months, if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, the law treats it as a duck. Child support doesn't really care about marriage either. If you're against marriage you're also against many aspects of a LTR in practical terms.

I wouldn't say you've described the entire community, given it's not entirely composed of bitter, undesirable men. But your observation that there is a large number of junk posts (field reports spring to mind) is spot on, and there's a visible confirmation bias in a lot of posts, e.g. picked up an unfaithful skank at a bar, ergo AWALT.

It's not a pressure tactic at all. Asian women will happily date non-Asian men, they just don't want to know they're dating a guy with yellow fever. It's frowned upon because women want to feel like a guy has picked them because they're different, not because they're interchangeable with their peers. It kills their self esteem.

The question in the thread that the guy posed was if it was okay for him to compliment women. That's worlds apart from making a sexual pass, and the fact that this woman equated it with being hit on or being the equivalent of a minimum wage job offer speaks volumes about her character. She's a bitch, plain and simple. Sexual passes being made at you by someone providing you a service is inappropriate regardless of how high your or your physical therapist's SMV may be. It's a false equivalence.

God, that Cracked article is cringe worthy. For a start, one of the "programming" points is them postulating humour was an evolutionary advantage for men, which suggests men are in fact funnier because we're bred to be. Talk about a self-defeating argument. Then later in the article it claims we're "already biased" and if the article was written by a man the reader would find it funnier. I don't agree with what you said about "quality certificates" being something customers don't look at. If you're an IT venture trying to sell to any kind of corporate, word of mouth with people who work there will get you a look, but it won't get you a gig. Especially in regulated industries. Have to agree with this. It's really bad advice for your whole strategy to centre around avoiding spontaneous conversations. What do you do with walk-ups? What do you do when you're onsite with clients? You can't run your life around avoiding people. You have to know how to handle these situations in real-time. You can take training to educate yourself on how to handle difficult conversations. I'd recommend that over this strategy any day of the week.

Men have been the providers since the dawn of civilization. Nothing has changed there. But if your default mode of operation is to sit on the couch playing videogames 24/7 you probably need to sit back and look at what you really want out of life in order to change that mindset up and set some goals that take you where you want to be. A videogame junky being himself is still a videogame junky. The world won't ever bend to that guy.

Same. I was at a bar with some colleagues recently and was talking with the girl in the group about women and she pulled out the "don't change, just be yourself" line. I called her out on it and said "fuck that, I did that for 10 years and it did not work; I'm doing something different now and improving myself instead." At which point she admitted her advice was terrible. Women know they're giving bad advice, it's just easier for them to do it than be honest and risk any emotional fallout that m…

In my experience awkward conversations with women you just met make them walk away. If she asks you a question and you just stare at her the only thing she's going to take away from that is you're weird and uncomfortable to be around. Obviously if she's already into you she won't walk away, but this isn't really useful advice for cold approaches because by definition they aren't already into you.

DTF = down to fuck LMR = last minute resistance (by the girl to having sex)

It's a yes. Take the initiative, make a plan and set date. Don't ask, tell.

I know a girl who married a guy simply because they'd been in a relationship for a while and (I guess) she thought she couldn't do any better. Turns out she could and they were divorced two years later. She didn't want anything from him except signed paperwork. Sometimes women just want out.

The law does not require your partner say "yes, you may fuck me" before having sex. Saying no is the legal line between rape and consent. "'No' means 'no'" is the guideline. Not silence. When you stop saying "no" and don't remove yourself from the situation, you take responsibility for whatever unfolds. Nothing in that story suggests rape, just buyer's remorse.

Wait, so the people who rub one out and therefore aren't constantly on the prowl for new sexual partners are the ones who are letting women have power over them? Dude, that makes no sense. If your only sexual outlet is chasing women you've lost all the power already.

In my defense she was who came up with the plan, but thanks for the advice. Good to know AWALT.

Took a girl I've known for a bit over a month now out a week ago. Date went great, receptive to my physical advances, made out, went back to mine (albeit took some convincing) and long story short I blew it. She's a sweet girl, but only seems interested when we're drinking together. We made plans to meet up again while she was drunk and when I message her about it this week, she's forgotten. So I start from scratch and suggest we meet up this Friday and she gives me a weak excuse and offers no a…

OP is absolutely a dick. If you purposely cut in front of another guy at the bar you're not alpha, you're just an asshole. Doesn't make a difference when the story is about some random chick.

I dispute that this is "generally correct" because it's not backed up by anything remotely scientific. Generalization is just a nice word for stereotyping, and that's a pretty bad foundation to base an argument on.

I was with you until "women aren't cut out for leadership." That statement is just baseless. Neither gender is a hive mind.

Men never leave their wives on your planet? Women are never beaten by their husbands either? Sounds nice. Book me a ticket on the next spaceship.

That's not the point of Twitter at all. You're describing Facebook. There's a reason Twitter lets you follow people without them accepting your "friend" request. It's a public broadcast system.

These responses are both just as kneejerk and dismissive as the "narcissist" remark that triggered them. This forum needs to get over its obsession with lifting. I did it for years and gave it up for a balanced cardio regime nowadays. I put the saved time into other skills instead.
