26	I got to see the 'wage gap' in action today. I had the "pleasure" of contracting for a government health organization for the past 2 years in an IT role. Coworkers were 75% female. Easily the most inefficiently run IT department I've ever worked with. Projects that were slated for 2 months routinely ran 6 months or more.
