while i'd say you're right as a rule, there are certain course restructurings that have gone on at some high-level tech schools, done based on the idea of making an even playing field and balancing the gender gap, that ended up making things more accessible to both genders. While special "girls only" programs don't work, other things aimed at increasing accessibility do

I think the better question is "what do these people mean when they say patriarchy?" It seems like the word is used to describe any gender-based inequity as a part of the status quo. In that sense, you could describe feminism as maintainign patriarchy

That's interesting. I've always felt like the main concept behind feminism, which in my mind is that women are fundamentally equal to men, was sound, and that it was organized feminists as individuals who were the problem.
