Painfully true observation, and applicable to more than this article. I recall a news story about a man who was convicted of rape, sentenced for life, then released after 17 years when the actual perpetrator was found. News correspondent did not mention how bad it sucks for the first guy, and instead does a spot on how hard it is to recognize faces of a different ethnicity.

The way I see it, even if you did find significance at the 5% level, the argument is still convoluted by causation vs. correlation. Is it a gender difference, or a maturity difference? I'll probably borrow my brother's weight bench, but I'm unsure on what to do for legs? Squats and dead-lifts. No argument there, but without a squat rack, sprint workouts are hands down the best for your legs. Remember all those ladder/shuttle runs you did in high school for whatever sport you played? Yeah, do that. Unless you're an ultra-marathon runner, jogging turns your legs into sticks. Sprints are where it's at.

I agree that human nature is constant, that one is pretty clear. My point is that cultures differ in their awareness and/or opinion of human nature.
