That’s my issue that I’m well aware of: I am ravenous and I am lazy and I love beer. I very much understand this.

No shit. You’re being deliberately obtuse and you know it.

This what drives me up the wall. I am obese but still eat chicken and veggies. I don’t drink soda and eat chips like once a month. I don’t keep snacks in the house (much to my partners dismay). We get icecream like once a month — the rest of the time if I want something sweet I eat 3 dates. I don’t eat fast food and cook almost every meal. And what do I cook? This last week I made chicken curry, sushi, salads, vermicelli bowls. This makes me defensive because it is honestly kind of fucked up and…

Couldn’t trust this person to feed your kids? What the fuck does that even mean?

33f in long term relationship. Before this relationship I didn’t really struggle with dating. I had 3 other 6mo+ partners and a handful of shitty dates, sure, but that happens. However, I was not necessarily looking for a relationship. I feel like that it’s important to note as a lot of people are dating explicitly to get into relationships. Only once did it it even almost turn into a gf/gf situation, but for the most part I was just doing it to meet people and see what happened. Made a lot of p…

I’ve never known any couple ever that has had it solely on the man to participate in anniversaries like this. Real life isn’t TV.

I’ve mostly been with men with large penises. I am also a fat woman and I wonder if that has something to do with it sometimes. Like if they’re on the smaller side they will have some insecurity attached to having sex with a bigger body? All the smaller-sized men I’ve had sex with have also been the biggest assholes. I don’t understand it.

Woman, 32 years old and I have about… 20? I wouldn’t really care how many “bodies” my partner had. As long as those experiences weren’t cheating I don’t see a problem with someone being a (safe) slut when they aren’t in a relationship.

I learned that men will create an entire lexicon and mathematical equations for why they can't get dates with women before they will go to therapy.

Oh yeah. I’ve lost a lot, gained like half back, still fat. So I am saying unattractive because I am fat.

Met at a party through mutual friends. I think he’s more attractive than me, honestly. Some women tend to think so too because I’ve had women flirt with him in front of me multiple times.

Maybe he was trying to paralyze her. Like the guy who ate a slug and got rat lungworm. Maybe he wanted to “see what would happen.” Maybe he just wanted to know she was eating something gross because he hated her. Psycho monster.

I don’t understand people like her boyfriend. It’s just gross greed. Money is a tool and when your partner needs help you give them the tool. Recently my partner and I made an agreement that I can go down hours at my job to look for another job and he agreed to pay for the bills in the meantime. No bugging me or making me feel guilty. It’s how things should be.

In PDX and it is VERY common. A lot of my friends are or have been in open relationships. So prevalent that when I was single my coworker and I would gripe about not being able to even find anyone we were interested in who wanted to be monogamous.

As an extension of that, I have been asserting for years that men with small penises/penis insecurity are far less likely to go for fatter women. I believe it makes them feel they look smaller in comparison to a bigger body. As a big woman, the majority of my sexual experiences have been with men who are quite gifted (in that department).

The thing that spooked me was that it didn't seem to cross his mind that she was single by choice. Like she's pretty and nice so she must be "taken." He didn't even question if maybe she didn't even WANT to be with anyone? It might make his head explode to know that a woman can be pretty and nice and have a cool job and doesn't want just any Joe Schmo to be a part of it, because she gets to have that choice. Must assume she's crazy! Good lord.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
