My question is, do people just leave the house where they are living, and not tell their wife or husband that they are going and will be back in a few hours? If I am running an errand within walking distance, no. If it's a part of my routine, like going to the gym late mornings on the weekend, and shes in bed, no. Do people just stay out until late at night without telling their partner? Sometimes, if I am out I'll get distracted or won't hear my phone, so 10ish becomes 12ish. I've never gone ou…

If you are going into academia to become financially stable you are going into academia for the wrong reasons. On average, you'll be spit out of the PhD pipeline in your early 30s. Even with a stipend and a TA position or free housing as an RA (best case) you will graduate with a good amount more debt than you finished your BA with. You also will have little opportunity to gain professional experience outside of academia during that time. So 12 years of schooling acquiring skills you can only us…

When I was younger 50% of my assessment of a girl's looks were about envisioning what it would be like to seen with her; to be that guy, that got that girl. After I got rid of that line of thinking I still like hot women, but it just doesn't have the same weight to me. I think that illustrates a lot of what's happening with some posters here. I wonder how old they are.

A & C externalize blame. B internalizes it. Neither A B or C do any introspection or try to change. A B & C all found a group of people who have constructed a similar enough defense against change.

This was my thinking too. When I read the voice of these posts I hear these friends who stay the stupidest shit and think of it as normal locker room talk. "So Tom's sister?"(We both know Tom) Yeah, she's cute. Dem titties, doe. Yeah I'd like to stick my foot in her apple sauce and then make her eat it Ok, seeya later Everybody knows these guys don't get laid. And after a couple years, something or other happens where you stop seeing them. Often involving a chick, but not always. And it doesnt r…

I just wanted to hear about what it was like writing stuff like this while possibly experiencing isolation and depression IRL. We have probably all done this to an extent online, but it seems to be more common there. Given the implausibility of most of the posts I have been seeing, the juvenile descriptions of sex, etc. Its obvious this happens, I was just hoping to get insight into the minds of somebody participating in this particular form of story telling in an environment where it is reinfor…

Being fat does, to an extent, encourage the body to be fat. Insulin Resistance kicks in after a certain weight, and that will make weight loss harder. Calories in / Calories out is basically true, but there confounding factors there too. We still don't know what being fat during your childhood/developmental years does to the body. Or having a fat mother does epigenetically. Moreover, you don't have to gorge like a slob to be fat. An extra 200 calories a day for years can be the difference betwee…

Trump doesn't represent hope. It's just that the status quo represents oblivion. Nothing says status quo like a cheating robot woman. cheating 35% robot 60% woman 5%. Yet all I hear is sexism.

This is what people arent seeing. The only thing that has changed is the dialogue. 2020 DNC is going to start talking about the working class again. Talking about them. That's all.

You're the same sort of person, only you think it matters you have an IPhone. "They just don't read". Yeah, that's why every plastic framed glasses picture I see on Ok Cupid (gender irrelevant) is always followed by: Books - List of things I had to read Sophomore year at college, Book I vaguely remember from high school, Something Frivolous to Balance pretension, etc (TOO MANY TO LIST I LOVE BOOKS!!!!) You're serious basing your identity on Facebook and Apple? You think Facebook is some sort of …

Poor white people are the only remaining outlet for the classism of Upper Middle Class white people. It's identical to "racism" and, once you see it, you cannot unsee how ubiquitous it is in mainstream media. Replace "ghetto" with "trailer park" and you can say whatever the fuck you want.

LOL. Trump is going to cut some taxes and scale back some health care. And yeah, it somewhat matters, and, yeah, it will hurt poor people. But, those people already make $14/hr and wont send their kids to college. Their kids still get CHIP and dad doesn't use his insurance anyway. I'm afraid of going to the dentist after 6 years because they always slut shame me. Brah, do you even floss?

http://thelastpsychiatrist.com/2012/11/hipsters_on_food_stamps.html Most Americans don't have a Bachelors. Even white ones. Doesnt seem like that when you drink craft beer with people with straight teeth and vocal fry though. Then again, they probably went to college for Environmental Studies, maybe had to take pre-calc 106, nobody did the math. And yet the dialogue that drew the line in the "wrong" place continues.

When the world gets shook up like boggle maybe my name will get spelled out on top. The only other chance I have is Powerball. 40% of TV is post apocalyptic fantasy. Yes, I pulled that out of my ass. Game of Thrones is Walking Dead for people who don't like guns. AMC does better market research than the DNC.

The dialogue is deliberately ignoring all the women and hispanics who voted for trump. When a female pro-choice anti-gun bank teller/LPN/legal assistant from Michigan votes for trump, that should tell you something. Yet all CNBC says is "no college degree". They don't say "husband's been out of work for 3 years". The left drew their lines and didnt do the math about who was on the other side.

The point is not to do TRP, it's to think TRP. I've been thinking TRP since that whore broke up with me when I was 15 years & 4 months old. It's good to know I'm not alone. The rift between me and Chad is not that Chad and I think differently; it's that he's potent and I'm impotent.

The reasons for women to abstain from sex are: Sex can prop up the man as a limerent object in the absence of information, cloud her judgement, and cause her to get her feelings hurt Sex with a man out of context is often not particularly pleasurable for women However, the summation of sexual partners who can be had in the interim, who don't have the draw backs described above, is not inherently damaging. 2016 men who are a result of Northwestern European culture do not have these pronounced mad…

You tell a man to shed his identity as a provider and protector of women, and offer him nothing as replacement except for the "masculinity" that is as old as time, and exists because it is reconcilable with service to women, not in spite of it. He either rejected this masculinity in his youth to wear plastic frame glasses and speak with vocal fry, or, like your military friends, embraced it in order to serve women. Neither of these men would ever consider embracing masculinity for you. They prob…
