So what exactly are the laws regarding forfeiture of parental rights and child support payments? At least in the US. Is it state dependent? Based on some feminists I know, they make it seem like it’s so easy for a father to just leave the mother and child without having to pay child support. There were so many commas and clauses, plus it seemed to be missing prepositions or something. 1	This double standard on "Pro-Choice" has always bugged me To be fair, I'll admit that the tree analogy I used was imperfect like all analogies are, but I would think a seed would be more like a zygote that has yet to attach on to the uterine wall than a fetus. The statement I was responding to was whether or not science can prove a fetus is a human. I was just saying that based on biological definitions, a human fetus (rather than a monkey fetus or a dog fetus) is human and it is alive. It was late when I wrote it and I just felt like responding to the "whether or not a fetus is a human cannot be scientifically proven" statement, solely because you can say a fetus is a human based on biological definitions of life, organisms, and species.
