i feel u. in india, bank jobs are almost completely taken over by women. and women in these positions are so inflexible (every document has to be submitted in exactly the way they want and then they will lose it and ask you submit again) and are afraid to take decisions (ie click the right OK and Cancel buttons in their software). it was so hard to get them to accept my mum's documents online cos she cant goto the bank bcos of covid19 and is vulnerable.

a few cons to keep in mind: many of the 'analog' eurorack modules are software DSPs written into hardware and sold for huge sums. read the description carefully. they get heavy and take up a lot of space. this is ok if u are a studio producer but a pain to lug around if u like performing with others.
