Late 30s, as a guy, you start aging like milk unless your actively exercising and keeping up with yourself. Your dating options/expectations change. Here's an argument for the importance of mental health and how you can improve yours. Past 2 months I've had terrible anxiety. I've come to realize my daily caffeine intake was probably exacerbating my symptoms. I was drinking anywhere from 400-500mg+ caffeine everday. 2-3 coffee drinks and 4-5 diet cokes per day going on for about 10 years. I have been slowly reducing my caffeine intake down and recently I have been caffeine free for about 2 weeks now. It's been horrible the transition.
