"We've been promoting too many men. We need women in senior roles" I'd get them to give me that in writing. That has to be illegal. I don't know about the US but in the EU promoting women to take advantage of employment possibilities is fine, but actively having quotas on how many women to promote/hire is illegal If it isn't illegal for some reason I'd leave immediately.

Just remember men women are ENCOURAGED by the government to do this. They face no legal repercussions whatsoever, and even if a man can prove the child isn't his he is forced to pay. Women can legally scam men for hundreds of thousands of dollars and in some countries (like France) it is illegal for men to paternity test to see if they are being scammed. Remember this next time someone tells you women are oppressed.
