Own Your Shit Weekly - August 02, 2016Thanks /u/Persaeus. I totally agree with what /u/bogeyd6 and you say here. I realize my mistake of not working and applying the material and rather expecting my issues to go away. Will come back soon with better stuff to report back. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/08/16 11:02 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - August 02, 2016Thanks /u/bogeyd6. I needed that. This time I've decided to stick with it and read and apply materials at every possible opportunity and way. I've been lifting on and off for past 2 years, so getting back to this wasn't an issue. I've dropped considerable BF (wasn't too fat to begin with) and my lifts have improved (Sq - 175lbs, DL - 225 lbs, Bench - 145 lbs and OHP - 105 lbs). My bad, that I didn't mention this. I never said that I have become advanced or anything, even by current standards, I'… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/08/16 11:00 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - August 02, 2016First of all, I need to confess biggest fuck so far on my side. I haven't been fully committed to my cause and hence wasn't active, didn't read any materials and thus so far reaping mixed benefits. I have realized that this being in a limbo stage and this morning have committed myself fully to being a better self than yesterday. Stuff need to work on: Reading and applying material. I'd started reading last month and left after couple of chapters. Not that any of the stuff was boring or useless, … | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/08/16 12:22 PM

Own Your Shit Weekly - May 17, 2016GM fellas. First time doing this so basing it on other replies for formatting etc. It's been almost 3 weeks since I've swallowed the pill. Shit currently owning (WIP): Had already started working out before getting here, still in a beginner phase though. Workouts have been good and so far have dropped considerable weight (and fat) and looking fit and leaner. Wifey gets touchy to all new muscles. Diet has been top notch. Doing IF as that's what my body responds to better. Currently reading throug… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 17/05/16 12:32 PM
Beginner angry phase and need some suggestionThanks. A lot of these stuff in terms of interaction and causal effects seems so simple when you guys put it this way. | /r/askMRP | 25/04/16 04:14 PM
Beginner angry phase and need some suggestionThanks. It's becoming more clear to me now the way you explained it above. | /r/askMRP | 24/04/16 05:56 PM
Beginner angry phase and need some suggestionThanks for comforting words. This is exactly what I wanted. Suddenly there was so much information that I was feeling confused and wasn't sure f I was doing it right. Will keep reading and learning from the content here (and sidebar). Most importantly will try to recognize shit tests but won't be hung up on them. | /r/askMRP | 24/04/16 04:45 PM
Beginner angry phase and need some suggestionHe he. I know. For these last few days along with anger, I also got a sense of clarity as to what needs to be taken care of and I'm enjoying it. | /r/askMRP | 24/04/16 04:43 PM
Beginner angry phase and need some suggestion12 Stages of Dread Yep, went through those and working on it. Was already on Level 1 & 2 and planning for level 3 since next month. Although, as of now have no plans for level 11 and 12. | /r/askMRP | 24/04/16 04:42 PM
Beginner angry phase and need some suggestionIt's not the approval or affection I crave. What bothers me is having this untalked tension with no resolution. Personally I'm not in favor of someone living like that. As for me, I was happy with some chill time. Did lift heavy and finished some of my pending stuff. But I didn't want to let it go for long time as this may be detrimental to our relationship. | /r/askMRP | 24/04/16 04:40 PM
Beginner angry phase and need some suggestionThanks. That's what I did. | /r/askMRP | 24/04/16 04:36 PM
