There are other often times much better ways to help others. You don't always have to cook all the meals yourself to feed the hungry. You can instead hire 3 others with your money to cook amd feed 3x of what you could achieve. If you truly want to help at scale, money is the way to go. If you don't, someone else will. Get out of this narrow thinking trap as fast as you can.

After a while, you dissociate from your brain and learn to simply observe it like a ranting toddler. The lungs make breaths, the hands make movement, the brain makes thoughts. It's just an organ. Once the feeling sets in that the brain is just another organ and thoughts can be ignored, an amazing level of peace sets in.

The gist is: A big part of trp is about treating yourself differently, and then just accepting women as they are. Don't try to change them, change yourself. Take the usual reading route: Book of pook, No more mr nice guy, sidebar, all time top posts in theredpill. And youtube "The black phillip show". You'll resonate with Patrice O Neal.

First of all if nothing sexual happened: she was a friend, not a girlfriend. Second: You have become kinda valuable and open to being played. You aren't going to get any closure or revenge from this. Just walk away and maintain your peace. And judging from what you said, she has some intense red-flag level problems. Don't stick your dick in crazy. If you can't see this, then we can't really help you at all, since you'll simply find another ditch to fall in. You are just imitating the sidebar, yo…

Not exactly this, but I've been in a tough sibling situation. Dude go hard on your brother if needed, but make sure that he clearly that you'll be there for him when things go sideways. Otherwise when he will (surely) fuck up, he won't tell you anything and try to fix things himself or through his friends (who seem to be equally careless, if not straight out fucking idiots) In short, when he eventually fucks up and comes to you, don't go all 'told you' on his ass, tell him that he fucked up but …

Here's a way of thinking that could help: Become selfish. Do things for your own entertainment. This changes some fundamental things: You aren't talking to others socialize, you are talking with others to have fun for yourself You aren't teasing girls to attract, you are teasing girls to have fun running experiments on them etc Just understand that everything you do is for your entertainment. Those who cannot get joy or entertainment from doing things have a word: depressed. Now why would this w…

Meditation by itself doesn't do much for me. But it's a constant reminder that this calm is the neutral state of mind. It's like setting a default after waking up. If shit goes super sideways throughout the day, I automatically remember the neutral peaceful state and get my cool back. I still get upset, angry etc but I recover insanely fast. It simply helps me calm down the mind, or ignore it so that I can observe things clearly. Like being able to look through a pond after the ripples die down.…

The things I'm typing here are easy for me to say, but very difficult for you to do. I went through an almost identical situation. Depression since childhood, bad family, horrible education etc. Now the depression is no more, family has been cut off, and am back into a good university (I'm in mid 20s). Reading what you types is like looking in a mirror. Keep in mind that the moment I got a grip on my situation, I immediately went into therapy to boost my chances of finally getting out of depress…

We have a simple non negotiable rule at our place: Anyone staying beyond 2 weeks pays rent and utilities. Helps against simps.
