1	Barely escaped a false rape accusation when an alleged victim's father didn't get what he wanted. She made a true allegation of harassment. That didn't go anywhere but for the record I did talk shit to her. 5	Barely escaped a false rape accusation when an alleged victim's father didn't get what he wanted. I have a lawyer. I was accused and pled out to defaming this person. There was this whole mess of a case. But the paper kept running articles every step of the way for a misdemeanor charge. Me posting last night was mainly me freaking out because I couldn't talk to the people in my life about it; it was very late. The accuser hasn't been charged because the accusation, as far as i'm aware, has only been made to the school and not the police.
