Absolutely, and honestly this can happen to anyone (being suddenly taken ill in public). You don't have to have a permanent disability to need to sit down BADLY. We should all get more comfortable expressing our needs to others calmly, assertively and immediately.

Honestly, I'd go with "Excuse me, I have an invisible disability and I'm having a hard time standing right now; could I please use that seat?" or "Excuse me, I'm having trouble breathing right now - could I please use that seat?" If nobody will let you sit down, I'd go to the bus driver or if on a subway just sit on the floor if you have to. Unfortunately, when it comes to invisible disability, there's no way for others to know unless you tell them.

The most successful fried rice I've ever made was when I used genuinely old rice, which had been sitting in the fridge for 3 days (I so rarely have leftover rice that usually I would just be using freshly cooked which turns out soooo mushy - big no-no) and mushroom soya sauce which is super thick and strong in flavour - you don't need a lot. It tasted exactly like fried rice from a restaurant - perfect consistency and flavour.
