Their logic: A person who is drunk is responsible for any crimes they commit. A person who is drunk is also not able to consent. Therefore, the drunk person seen as more powerful (in almost all cases the male for some reason) is seen as the perpetrator. I'm not saying the system works perfectly, but the way a drunk person acts is semi-representative of their sober thoughts. (Note: I have never been drunk so I may be wrong. Obviously they're really close, and both things suck, but if you die a swift death it's much better than being tortured/raped and seeing your village, life, and reality coming to the end. 1	For school I had to create a poster on a cause we're passionate about. I did mine on domestic violence against men. Data analysis such as this can never be truly accurate. The margin of error here is huge, but basically this is the statistic because they use a 95% confidence interval, meaning that according to the data they received, 95% of the time, their data will show an average that is between 40% and 70%.
