7	Friendly Reminder I totally understand your point! But, the first step of getting out of a rut is having enough confidence in yourself to realize that there needs to be a change. Just “loving yourself” isn’t enough to make a change, and I never said that it was the answer. Having that confidence is the first step because if you don’t have that goal of who you want to be, how can you grow to become better? Humility and love come first.
