Women who do this are trying to shame men who have preferences that they don't meet.

How ironic that outspoken feminists expect a man to pay.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 05:28 AM

Nah, the men paying for expensive first dates are chumps. Drinks only on first dates. My preference is wine bars because they offer a good environment for talking with minimal commitment by both parties. If there's a good vibe, then things can go from there.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 05:26 AM

The only solution is for women to spend less time on social media and dating apps, but I don't think it will ever happen. Can't put the genie back in the bottle.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/24 03:11 PM

All the guys I know who date women down in age do it for beauty, youth, and fertility.

Nah, porn is a healthy part of many relationships.

"However, why would Billy not necessarily consider his situation superior to Chad's and not want the comparison rubbed in his face?" - Because she doesn't have genuine sexual desire for Billy, that's why.

Women are not entitled to anything from anyone, period (and neither are men).
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/24 11:05 PM

Sorry to deliver the bad news, but if she still wants to go clubbing, she's not that into you. Time to move on.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/24 05:10 AM

I would never reject someone based upon her weight. I might not choose someone I am not attracted to or someone who isn't interested in being the best version of themselves.

or don't do dinner dates on a first date. My preference is a wine bar. They usually have a good vibe, the environment isn't too loud to talk, and it's a minimal commitment by both parties, in case things aren't working out.

"If you simply dislike social media, or don't have a lot of posts, followers, etc, this is usually a huge red flag for women, and they won't date you because of it." - Just the opposite with the women I've met in real life.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/23 06:27 AM

I can only imagine how well discussing it during dating would go, but you do you.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/23 11:05 PM

Nah, it's a scumbag move to insist that a man tell a woman that he wants a paternity test "in the dating phase" as you say.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/23 05:33 AM

Sure, a good place to start would be reading the work of Rollo Tommassi and attending some men's events. There is also online content, such as Rich Cooper. It will provide more insight to mainstream RP.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/23 05:15 AM
1

What is "the anger phase" in RP? I've never seen that before. Is that a condition requisite for a man to be able to focus on himself and his career, and improve himself?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/23 08:05 PM
2

That is an anti-red pill fringe article. It is wrong right from the first sentence, " The red pill is an internet incel made up of anti-feminists on Reddit." For starters, RP is not an Internet incel, is not "made up of anti-feminists" and is not only on Reddit. If your understanding of RP is from this article, then your comments make sense, but you don't understand RP.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/23 03:23 PM
2

It provides guidance on human interactions with men and women. There's plenty of information on the Internet available to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/23 02:57 AM

No, no one I know who is RP knows this dude. I don't know any one who follows RP who hates their mother. That's pathetic. You sound like a bitter woman.

I don't know what "GayLubeOil" is, but that's not mainstream RP.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:24 PM

Okay, so where then?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:23 PM
1

Where is it proven false?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:22 PM
1

Nope, I haven't seen it in mainstream RP. You might be looking at some fringe perspective on RP.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 10:22 PM

What does "make it" mean? Is there a universal checklist somewhere? Has a man who focuses on himself and his career and improved himself "made it?"

I've never seen TRP content that characterizes women in that manner, i.e., "that women are like children and should be treated as such." Do you have a specific example?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 03:34 AM
-7

that "all women are awful?" I haven't seen that. What I do see is understanding women without any judgment of them being awful.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 03:32 AM
-3

that "all women are awful?" Do you really think that is a fundamental principle of TRP?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/23 03:30 AM
-1

Where does TRP state that "women are awful?"
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 10:39 PM
1

Based upon your comments, you don't understand TRP.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 10:38 PM
2

If someone bashes women and emits negative energy he just isn't redpilled (yet) and shouldn't be considered as an example of TRP I agree, TRP is not related to bashing women and emitting negative energy. It's about understanding women and having positive energy!
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 10:37 PM

If women can live independently like men I think that's the core issue, many think they can because that's what social media has told them, but in reality can't, or at least don't want to.

I would never slut shame and women are free to do what they want with their lives. I assume that adults are aware of their actions and that personal decisions can have consequences, sometimes unintended.

You make some good points, but I ask anyone to show me a job, let's say Physical Therapy Assistant Level I, where the pay for the position is different based upon gender.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/04/22 07:53 PM

National averages aren't very useful in pay studies, just like in real estate. The pay gap is often talked about in Silicon Valley. Show me one, just one, tech job, say Programmer Level I, where the starting salary is different based upon gender.

I say don't bother with work or the gym. Work is bad for so many reasons and it's not worth tainting my gym with rejection. I recommend bars, sports bars, sporting events (football, baseball, hockey) - hang out at the restaurants and bars at the venue before and after the game, parks, parties (Halloween, New Year's Eve), BBQs (Memorial Day, 4th of July), as a participant at sporting events, such as cycling, hiking, walking, etc.

There are for sure some places you should not approach a woman because it’s just flat out shows bad manners. Like a funeral. The Great Caz might have something to say about that.

As a man I have met many women who are very supportive and vocal of sex worker rights, but then when they meet a man who has been with a sex worker their reaction is something like, "Eww, he's been with a sex worker, that's gross!" - so, their support of sex workers is disingenuous.

As stated above, Your characterizations that the RP ideology includes "women are evil" and "strict no women allowed" are just plain wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/22 05:50 AM

No, I also saw that, but my reply addresses your misconception of RP.

Being able to have one night stands does not make a man high value.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/22 05:21 AM
2

Your characterizations that the RP ideology includes "women are evil" and "strict no women allowed" are just plain wrong. Sure, if you look hard enough someone who believes that can be found, but that's not mainstream RP. When you decide to look into RP, you will find that three of its core tenants are self awareness, self improvement, and personal accountability. How an individual incorporates those into their life is up to them.

It's an over-generalization to say that everyone engages in hook up culture. It may appear that way because of its prominence in social media, but many don't. Everyone chooses their own path.

Well sure, but what difference does it make when I invite someone to meet for a drink? If she secretly feels entitled to it I wouldn't know or care. If her entitlement extends beyond that, then it will become apparent.

Red pill = conservative/right wing 99% of the time I have not found that to be true at all in my experience.

I guess that's the part I didn't understand because the former was talking about undesirable physical attributes, but I don't understand how someone taking the bus suddenly makes them undesirable, unless the implication is that they are not financially successful.

RP is anti-porn? Since when? Sources?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/22 05:42 AM

"the main reason why many of us engage in sex and relationships is to feel attractive and desired. " - sometimes a guy's gotta nut!

Closure, because I think clearly communicating with the other person that there is no interest in pursuing things further is the right thing to do.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/22 10:08 PM
1

That is indeed interesting. Regarding #2, I've never understood why anyone carries a mobile phone with them in a gym to workout. There's no call so important that I have to answer it during a workout and if there is, I am probably not in the gym, and carrying a phone around would be a hassle for me. For music I've always used a very compact ipod, which has worked flawlessly for many years.

Trying to buy the attention of women is one of the things that RP clearly says not to do.
/r/ExRedPill29/12/21 12:44 AM

That doesn't sound healthy. The red pill philosophy is completely different than this, and it's certainly not for everyone, but it's interesting and has really been great for a few guys I know.

/r/ExRedPill26/12/21 05:32 AM

Not at all. I think it's fair to say that Rollo and Cooper are examples of mainstream red pill, but they don't comprise all of it. You made the assertion that Rollo and Cooper hold abusing women as a core value, so give us an example.
/r/ExRedPill22/12/21 11:01 PM
1

There's a lot more red pill content than Rollo and Cooper. But since that's what you've focused on, where exactly do Rollo and Cooper hold abusing women as one of their core values? If you really think that I am not here to convince you otherwise, but that's not red pill.
/r/ExRedPill22/12/21 04:54 PM
1

I don't know what you've been studying, but abusing women is not a core value of mainstream red pill.
/r/ExRedPill22/12/21 04:39 PM

I think the words "red pill" could be removed from the entire post and it wouldn't change the meaning. There was no need to say to her what he did. He should have just told her that it wasn't going to work for him and moved on.
/r/ExRedPill22/12/21 04:33 PM

I just don't see the hate of women that you've described and we can agree to disagree, that's okay. With regards to male/female relationships, most of what I've seen is helping men make informed decisions and being accountable for their personal decisions.
/r/ExRedPill06/12/21 09:29 PM
-2

I've watched many of his videos and I don't see him blaming women for all of men's problems. His approach seems to be more about men making informed decisions in relationships with women and being accountable for their own decisions. He also espouses that decisions have consequences that are sometimes unexpected and/or unintended. I don't agree with everything he says, but there are some good nuggets of experience and wisdom in there.
/r/ExRedPill06/12/21 09:22 PM
-8

I've never seen "redpill concepts talk about how women are naturally submissive in the relationship" - where do you see this?
/r/ExRedPill06/12/21 06:38 AM
-6

"It’s just heterosexual men who blame women for all of their short coming." - I've never seen that. Where do you see that? I see red pill as personal accountability + personal growth.
