She would always say that she keeps trying to "fix" me and my demons- I interpreted that as an indicator of dark triad-esque attraction, but maybe I'm just fucked up. My father used to get seriously physical with me as a child and frankly, he's the definition of beta- so it's quite disheartening to think that I've been programmed to be just that.
