She’s 18, it’s not like she’s a child anymore so I think that effect is gone unless she’s the type to end up a Disney adult
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 10:22 PM

That relies on your task management skills. Work studies are anywhere from 10-25 hours a week, internships are typically 25-35 hours a week, rarely you find one that’s full time at 35+. Start small and move upwards as you learn how to manage the balancing act.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 10:21 PM

Ok yeah if someone else is paying, why not
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 08:40 PM

What are her PLANS!
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 08:39 PM

I use the “good” books from resellers on Amazon.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 08:39 PM

The last line made me laugh
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 08:37 PM

Hey, look into work study. They work around your hours at college. Once you’re better adjusted to college and balancing priorities, focus on internships, specifically paid internships. If you can’t get those- focus on your university’s research opportunities because they typically come with stipends. Build your resume so as you go on each year through college- you become a more and more competitive applicant. By the time your graduate, you should be able to land a good job with solid pay relativ…

Maybe he doesn’t like pregnant women and has too low of a EQ to communicate with her about it?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 08:33 PM

I’m stupid so help me out, do you mean the wording he used? Or do you like clear skin?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 08:27 PM

Do you have your drivers license?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 08:25 PM

I disagree with this guy, Disney is expensive so save your money since you’re young a $20 means a lot when you’re in college.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 08:25 PM

He doesn’t sound crushed, he sounds inconvenienced
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 08:24 PM

How far in the future are we talking?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 08:21 PM

Why do you think most people on this subreddit will understand what is written in that substack
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 08:20 PM

You are a lesser offender tho bc you’re only here during work.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 06:42 PM

You are not only bored with way too much time on your hands at work- you are also drawn to strange subreddits so you are not immune from this judgement imo.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 06:41 PM

the parasite has latched its hooks into you
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 06:25 PM

Yeah region probably matters. My school day was 7 hours long not including commute. Practices were 2-3 hours long after school not including athletics class. We had advanced academic classes like AP and dual credit- but almost everyone was doing one of those a semester/year on top of extracurriculars. Band practice was mainly during summer but were 3 hours long. They maybe only stayed an hour or two after school went out. But at games, football players, cheerleaders, dance team, and band were al…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 06:21 PM

Well considering most people don’t have corporate jobs- I think the numbers above would still work even if it counted hours at work. Blue collar and minimum wage laborers will offset the corporate hours.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 05:52 PM

That’s crazy. You’re older than me by a year but not even half of my class was on TikTok by graduation. I had a far heavier online presence than my peers, so I had TikTok by beginning of senior year. The adjusted guys just played games after school or were in sports practice. And the girls were in sports practice or FaceTiming each other after. Almost everyone was at athlete or in a competitive extracurricular that took up time. We were on phones in school but it was not mainly tiktok. Speaking …
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 05:49 PM

I think we’re all on the island of broken toys. Retired so spending much time online isn’t abnormal- I think being drawn to these specific topics and subreddits is the biggest factor.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 05:31 PM

For an hour or two sure. For 4+ hours? No. The normies with lives do not do this. The normies are busy with their lives off the internet. And they spend much time on instagram commenting under their friends/acquaintances posts “Love you!!!” “so gorg” “ilysm” “love” “miss you!” Then get on Facebook for a bit to reply to their families posts. Mentally healthy and socially adjusted people do not bedrot. It just so happens that most gen z are mentally unwell and socially inept due to circumstances a…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 05:28 PM

Yes I always find that a bit bizarre. Or random bragging/insistence of normalcy from both sexes. You’re here, we know you’re weird. It’s okay. The only normies don’t pop up frequently.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 05:22 PM

Is this considering work screen time as well?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 05:20 PM

Normies frequent instagram or facebook. Any other sites, I would agree. Twitter and TikTok are unadjusted as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 05:19 PM

Well said
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 05:18 PM

yes, your flair confirms that
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/25 05:18 PM

I don’t think anybody who frequents the daily threads of PPD consistently is socially adjusted. Spending an hour a day or so ever so often might just be someone adjusted who’s bored. But every day, multiple hours, constantly coming back- I don’t think you’re socially adjusted. This includes me.

May I ask your political orientation, race, broad geographical region (think state or country if European). Not to confirm anything, I’m just very curious. I’m trying to figure out what kinda guy likes such an eccentric style in women.

I think it’s less offensive in the situation with someone who’s asexual. When the norm is not asexual- it’s very easy to question its legitimacy and feel sensitive about that. When the norm is to have the baby of your husband- it’s insulting to assume they are a fringe case and cheated on you and are trying to pass the kid off as yours.

These people don’t have the ability to conceptualize how the cops’ decision to not follow the rules could actually be used negatively against them. Therefore- they call you bootlicker bc “why would he say that if he didn’t want these girls to get punished just because!!!!”

There’s a status that comes with saying my husband or fiancé where saying “my bf” makes you seem unserious and teenage like. Because women attribute status to being taken in a serious context, they’ll prefer “my man” over “my bf” because the claim sounds more permanent. Because men don’t attribute different status amounts between the terms “my wife” and “my gf”, men are not likely to say anything but the straight forward, proper identifying term for their relationship.

<image> Honestly this comes down to the fact I don’t like sea food and almost every upper class choice had mussels, oysters, lobster or raw fish. My favorite meal is quail cooked in a paprika sauce with heirloom carrots and broccolini. I’ll fuck up a sloppy Joe any day of the week tho.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 06:53 PM

that is fairly upsetting
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 11:14 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 06:19 PM

It depends on the person. Some people will say things like “how to not give a fuck” but I think those books are cringe. I guess a good couple would be The Radium Girls: The Dark Story of America’s Shining Women by Kate Moore and Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers by Mary Roach
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 06:18 PM

Would not
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 06:15 PM

Oh my goodness I have never heard about such bad reactions! I’m glad that’s not happening anymore. It’s funny you mention vitamin D and the electrolytes because I was deficient in vitamin D according to bloodwork and I have a cardiac/blood pressure problem where I need lots of electrolytes and when my heart feels funny- I add MORE potassium via banana or electrolyte drinks. Humans are so similar but so different. I don’t quite like multivitamins or combo supplements for that reason. Btw what for…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 04:29 AM

Oh I’ve seen nothing but improvements for me. But mine aren’t eccentric I don’t think. I have anxiety + bad immune system so I feel like mine are pretty “normal”. What do you think?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 04:14 AM

I find the stack im on to be helpful- but im not sure if its all of them or just the shoden brand ashwaganda. If you get any of them, I’d say get that one cause I used to take that one by itself and it had affects after about 1-2 weeks. I’m specific about the brand because they do extensive lab testing. Anything with shoden ashwaganda in it is what I go for; I’m taking specifically Triquetra Ashwa-70 rn tho since they partner with shoden. I am very picky about my ashwaganda in specific because I…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 04:12 AM

What’s everyone’s supplement/vitamin stack? I’m nosey and wanna know I take L-theanine, shoden ashwaganda, and magnesium glycinate for anxiety. Then zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C, and Florastor for general health. I have cod liver oil but I haven’t started taking it yet 🫣

/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 02:20 AM

Do you like audiobooks
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 02:11 AM

I don’t think they need to be aligned with a future career tbh. Most people who play spots don’t go pro, it’s because it’s fun. Also I can’t really think of any extracurriculars that line up with jobs outside of things like hack-a-thons or debate for future lawyers.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 12:57 AM

So if you reread my post, you’ll notice the part where I say I hope extracurriculars help them find a passion that leads to development of self discipline. Ie fall in love with a sport so self initiate practice or fall in love with music and self initiate practice.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/25 12:56 AM

True, let that fishy go.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 08:50 PM

Yeah it’s okay to explore- eventually they’ll find one they like.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 08:49 PM

I didn’t say I would discipline them, I’m saying they need to form discipline. Ie the skill that makes you sit down and study for a test or suck it up and file your taxes by the deadline. Discipline as a personality trait, not as an action.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 08:48 PM

Might as well enjoy the food now
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 08:04 PM

My personal opinion is that I would be very hands on, pushing for extracurriculars because I believe they build self-discipline and passion. They help them become well rounded people with healthy lifestyles (my rule of thumb would be 1 physical extracurricular and 1 mental). If they want to do very many extracurriculars- I will support them best I can and if it’s too much, they will learn the importance of prioritizing what’s most important to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 08:03 PM

Would you be incredibly hands off as a parent and believe childhood is for playing and having fun or would you be very hands on, pushing extracurriculars and believe childhood is like a training ground for adulthood?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 08:00 PM

what kinda bullshit is this
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 07:59 PM

ISTJ
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 07:59 PM

ISTJ and ISTP have wildly different cognitive functions despite the closeness in letters. I much prefer this test for MBTI typing: https://www.michaelcaloz.com/personality/
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 07:58 PM

Omakases are much more the speed for small dishes imo. I can’t get behind the lack of interaction that comes from fine dining at a table by yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 07:55 PM

I wouldn’t write that on my profile but I would say it in messages after matching. She might just be very forward. Do you value that in a woman? Or do you want things to be shrouded and hinted instead of told directly.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 07:53 PM

Yes if you’re committed for life, I think you should try to make him happy with the amount.

/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 02:19 AM

Omg that’s CRAZY, I could’ve never guessed it was this tbh. I was thinking like she planned a bank robbery or something lol
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 02:19 AM

I will say, I don’t think I would find him hot if I hadn’t seen him in his 20s. It’s because I’ve seen his peak that I’m able to see the traces of hotness left from aging.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 01:07 AM

Idk how rich he was when he started acting in his 20s
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 01:06 AM

Why would it become looked down upon. As it gets rarer- it will become a mark of status. Like how there’s more status from losing weight without ozempic compared with losing weight with ozempic
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 12:57 AM

I thought you were talking about eye glasses and I was confused on what the fuck eye glasses have to do with drinking liquids.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 12:53 AM

Why would they get closer to normal as she ages. I wouldn’t expect a 90 resting to get better with age in a 19 year old. She’s not like a little kid who grows out of tachycardias
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 12:49 AM

That’s the stats I have and I have a heart condition so no that’s not good
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 12:47 AM

What’d she do
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 12:46 AM

If you have to be convinced to get into a relationship- you didn’t actually want one wholeheartedly in the first place. You should chase the things you really want, and a relationship doesn’t sound like that for you rn.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/25 12:45 AM

Poor girl. Should’ve just let the streak continue and move on to the next. He’s not texted you in 4 days- let that man go 💀 And yes, you really don’t sound cut out for it.

I mean hypothetically they can I guess, but the way that post is framed- that doesn’t seem to be what’s being asked. He didn’t necessarily call himself hot or anything so I didn’t take that into account. He probably just hangs around whores and obviously enjoys fucking them while homeboys don’t want whores.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 07:11 PM

Yeaaaa I hate Austin as a Texan. I prefer Houston
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 05:15 AM

If you have the body shape that’s flattered by that style- yes
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 05:14 AM

Meh sometimes people don’t think about something incredibly obvious. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 03:52 AM

You’re attracting different people who want different things. Simple as. What works for one woman doesn’t necessarily work for the next unless they are the same type of woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 02:57 AM

I’ve never heard about any bad stereotypes regarding female doctors. Nurses, yes. Doctors? No. No one goes 250k into debt to get married. Must be a singular problem in his country specifically.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 02:53 AM

According to stats, doubt men will be “catching up” with anybody
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 02:50 AM

Oh I just parroted how you all speak about the men unviable in the dating market. Shame there’s such double standards :)
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 01:51 AM

I can see how he would have a problem on his nose if he looked too long enough
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 01:47 AM

Unfortunately I’m only at 15k
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/25 01:45 AM

You’re happy that people unable to date due to economic need to support themselves will become more common? That’s upsetting. She displays obvious want and desire of a family, otherwise she wouldn’t feel behind. Unfortunate that her career has made it unviable for her to date- but alas women can’t just sit around all day with no job/career while single waiting for someone to scoop them up. I hope this doesn’t become more common, it would be a shame to see such good women fall from the dating mar…

Sorry you just sounded like a fetishist of short women so my shackles were raised.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 10:18 PM

Whenever you feel anxious like this, look at graphs of the stock market over a 20 year period. We’re better off than COVID crashes still, and nowhere near 2008. It’ll be okay even if it’s hard for a bit.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 10:15 PM

Market has crashed, so money is going into bonds. Money into bonds means interest rates lower which means higher opportunity to buy homes and cars for young people. Give it some time.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 10:14 PM

But what does carve out mean in this context.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 10:13 PM

That’s why I said she’s hopeless and selfish if that’s the case.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 10:12 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 10:11 PM

Also, I think you’re incredibly weird for this.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 10:03 PM

Short people and normal men get upset about preferences of men’s height which they can’t change. Which is normal to be touchy over things you literally cannot change.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 10:02 PM

Very dark triad but yes you’re right
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 10:01 PM

My boyfriend
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:58 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:57 PM

Women were checking out and they were mad as hell then. I think this is reactionary
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:56 PM

I agree with this. I understand logically if he walks away. But emotionally those children and him were all socialized as family. Must be incredibly hurtful to him and his sons. I hope they continue to have a healthy relationship with them, and if they don’t- that everyone comes to terms with the fact they are no longer family. All 3 should resent their mother for this action.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:55 PM

Block him then if you don’t want him reaching out to you
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:50 PM

Where’s that study that supports this? The graph went viral for a while- I think everyone’s seen it. Lowest age was 22 and most answers for what age they found most attractive was 22 whereas women chose men around their age
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:50 PM

Are you fist
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:47 PM

According to women like this- enjoying cooking or cleaning is demeaning and even if it’s your hobby, it shouldn’t be. It’d be a pleasant surprise I’m sure after being proposed to, but yes she’d be watering herself down.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:46 PM

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. A white nose doesn’t necessarily mean nice nose.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:44 PM

Yes. Matching sets or nightgowns.

/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:42 PM

Happy birthday, how old are you now?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:41 PM

Doesn’t mean she lacks instincts. I have strong maternal instincts but that also means I am incredibly protective and scared of crossing a strangers boundaries regarding their babies/children.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/25 09:41 PM

Ask her to join a “sperm donor conceived” Facebook group and ask the children how they feel about being sperm donor conceived. Hopefully she will care about how the children would feel. If she doesn’t, she’s hopeless and selfish. -someone who came from a sperm donor

Why are women suddenly discounted from the idea of releasing earthly desires in pursuit of clarity? It doesn’t take a mastermind to realize how deep the socialization of how sex and friendship is viewed goes and wanting to be released from the rat race.

I have even stronger thoughts on girth. If it’s considered thick- keep it away from me.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/25 02:45 AM

Anything above the larger side of average is a dealbreaker for me. 8 inches sounds insane and I don’t believe most women actually think this, I just think size queens are very loud. Key thing to remember is that women tend to not have great visual-spatial awareness and what a woman thinks is 8 inches could be closer to 6.5-7, which is still very large- but worlds more common than 8 inches.

This isn’t about attraction, this is about logistically affording a family- which most people aim for eventually when dating. She didn’t specify that he would be the only one paying bills, so it’s not even red pill. It’s just as insane to expect a female to support a household on her own these days as it is a man- we do not have the economy our grandparents did.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/25 02:01 AM

Never understood that. I don’t do make up sex either.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/25 06:50 AM

I think the explanation above is extreme- but people do change and it is best to prepare for the off chance something changes. If you don’t want kids, it’s best to prepare accordingly than just hope the egg doesn’t fertilize. If you buy a house, it’s best to have home insurance in case of a fire, rather than just hope a fire never happens. I think the treatment towards men in the paragraphs are spiteful and mean- but if you only look at the actions and not the words, it’s good advice.

I’m more perplexed by your responses than anything due to what I said before about men typically disliking that makeup style. She’s not my ideal of beauty but I can understand how she could be someone else’s. My preference is towards women like Anne Hathaway and Kate Beckinsale pre-surgery.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 09:57 AM

Typically straight men get upset about heavy makeup changing features since they become unrecognizable without makeup, and the attraction lessens considerably. Are you straight?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 09:42 AM

I hate to tell you, this is still a full face of makeup. BUT it would only hide things like terrible under eye or discoloration. She does look incredibly different than the other photos, particularly the nose- as I suspected.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/02/25 09:40 AM

More natural looking here, but still very far from without makeup. This is the average woman’s full face of makeup.

What makes me confident I have information you don’t is my youth. I’m speaking on my generation. That’s the point. Many of these young men in PPD are speaking of women in their own generation as that’s who they interact with the most and then middle age women tell them their perception is skewed. It’s not. There is a large gap of romantic awareness between generations. I’d say millennials were pretty realistic. Don’t have to be smoking hot to get 100k+ earning guy. Very true. What’s not realisti…

Morality in actuality is hard to measure and I don’t see one gender as more moral than the other. One commonly uses manipulation to gain sex from the other, the other commonly uses manipulation to gain resources from the first. Sure women don’t commit as much violent crime, but morality is what you make it. To some, it doesn’t take violence to be considered evil or bad
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 05:18 PM

I’ve seen this happen a couple times. It’s not common, I understand why. Like everyone else said, it’s expensive and leaves them open to vulnerability. But I’ll go one step further as a donor conceived person- it’s not ethical. The sperm donor industry is incredibly unethical regarding limiting the amount of children allowed in a certain area to be related. If they’re not gonna know they’re related- they should be a large distance apart to avoid the genetic sexual attraction phenomenon.

I hate for this to be how you find out- but many young women don’t understand the concept of a league. Or the idea of one they have in their head is not realistic. 80% of young women think they can pull the top 20% of young men just because they’re a woman. Maybe it was different in other generations, but female zoomers are delulu.

Yeah, I think there’s a certain rush that comes from the first couple days of being on a dating app as a young woman. I’m not one for rushes or highs so it wasn’t something I cared about after 3 days- but some women and men (the ones who turn it into a game, try different presentations of themselves and set a goal of talking to/banging as many women as possible) never get over it. Gluttony towards sex and sexual attraction will ruin you.

I do agree with you. I’ve been on dating apps a maximum of 3 weeks my entire life. It was bizarre to me to see other women show me their matches of men who clearly lived a player lifestyle and were above them lookswise. People end up looksmatched in long relationships, yes. But women will get bamboozled for quite some time until they wisen up- either consciously or subconsciously about what rank of man will actually commit to them. Most people do not shoot for looks match out the gate. It’s almo…

I do not think that being a confident man disqualifies a man from being able to receive that line. I know/knew many men who are confident and had never fought before. However I have a preference for men who can handle things outside of violence, and that includes being able to mediate situations which lessens the likelihood of fighting. Therefore I may have an over exaggeration of how prevalent these types of men are, due to my preference and unequal distribution of attention towards them. I thi…

I’m not so I’m still fucked in that regard.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 02:48 AM

Please don’t base your assumptions off that one woman. I would’ve never guessed my dad had bouts of violence when he was younger and was shocked, same with my Highschool sweetheart (who was literally, a sweetheart and I was shocked finding out he was a ruffian in middle school). Why would I make the assumption a nice guy hasn’t been in a fight? Also why does that make you beta cause you haven’t fought? Aren’t we supposed to condemn and look down on violence?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 02:42 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 02:40 AM

Yes but are they smart enough to identify that you’re nice and the others aren’t?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 02:35 AM

I think this analogy pivots on the capability of the person to identify said red flags, and also having an easy way out of the toxic situation they end up in. If they can’t identify the red flags, you should be a bit more sympathetic, but that one truly changes from person to person. I genuinely believe some people are too stupid to notice. Then you should also increase sympathy depending on how hard it is to leave said toxic situation.

Question for men: Does body hair on women disgust you? What’s the most you could tolerate? A couple days without shaving, trimmed short, moderately trimmed, or unabashedly grown out? This applies to her whole body. If you have different tolerances for different body parts, make that known. I think you’re not accounting for how generalizations don’t always apply to specific scenarios like you mentioned. A woman can say “I would never submit to 95% of modern men” while submitting to her male partner without making the first statement false. Generalizations, and the exceptions to the rule, exist at the same time since generalizations are just that: generalizations and not a hard fact or truth applying to every single man or woman on this planet.

I think men find most women attractive but I also think every man has a type, and if he could, would rather have a woman with those attributes over a woman of the same looks rating without them- if he had the option of pulling either of them. That’s why men tend to care less about type- they can’t always pull what type of woman they may prefer.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/24 08:11 PM

This is only an attractive proposal if you genuinely find inflicting pain and suffering onto women, a turn on. Otherwise, wouldn’t it be better to at least just be a pimp and pay women in one way or another to have sex with you? In one scenario they’ll be screaming and entirely non-consensual, in the other you have the benefits of underworld activity freedom and the money that comes with it as well as women who will actually consent to the sex being had.

It’s a win in that it’s a common rebuttal made by young men when arguments get volatile between young men and women. Ok fine, she requires you to take a lie detector test (pretend it’s as accurate as a paternity test). Would you not feel offended your spouse accused you of something that you didn’t do? And this applies to anything, cheating, stealing, sexual assault. I don’t understand how some of the people in this thread are acting like they would just brush off their own spouse believing them to be liars or criminals.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/24 08:49 PM

Okay so question, I leave you alone with my niece for a couple hours and then a week later ask you if you sexually assaulted her. Men sexually assault children all the time, women care about it, so why wouldn’t you ask? Because without asking men in general have the option and power to sexually assault children. You’d be more correct if you said x, y, z is used similarly to what the rich did during the bourgeoisie movement. She’s right, the bourgeoisie is actually just the middle class. The bourgeoisie is the good guys, but zoomers have completely defiled the meaning.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/24 06:43 PM

Idk why zoomers determined to redefine that word, but they did. When they say the bourgeoise, they’re referring to like the movement in its entirety, not the actual middle class. They took the message from it and slapped it onto that word, and I don’t think they actually understand what the word itself means.

Most often advice I hear from older corporate professionals, is regretting not making more of their life. Don’t let yourself come home and watch Netflix for five hours every day during the week. You can enjoy your time those nights as well. Get hobbies and attend classes, don’t even have to make more friends, just don’t let the days pass you in a blur so in a year you don’t even remember what you did, or nothing memorable sticks out.

I haven’t had a male friend since high school but I just remember how painful it was to try and get this man to actually speak about himself. I find most men are like this around that age, and they kinda ruin it for women on how we view being friends with men. The good thing here though, is that if a woman manages to notice you’re well off, you can trust she’s not an idiot and probably is smart enough to live by similar principles of not going into major debt for flashy items. Keurigs are hard to clean + don’t produce good results, then espresso machines are expensive and difficult to master with how finicky they are. I have one myself, and I don’t judge a single person for not making their lattes at home.

I’m from south Texas, she has the phenotype of every other half-white Latina i’ve met before so that might explain why I don’t think she’s anything special. As for her face being attractive, I have a different ideal of beauty, so no not really. She’s not ugly, she has a cuteish face, but not enough to where I would ever rate above a 6. Maybe if she was smaller like when she did cheer, and her features showed a bit more than they currently do. But as of now, no.

I’m a rather emo looking woman, sans piercings who was the token emo/pale cheerleader during highschool as well. I find her to be incredibly mid, maybe a 6 at best. It’s purely her style and aesthetics that is making you rank her so high. Again, this is (or was since I want a corporate job so I dropped the aesthetic recently) my own people. There is actually nothing special about her face or body, just her style.

Okay, this is a difference in the sexes then. Women do not do this typically. The ones who do and pull the “don’t worry about him” thing, have never actually viewed him as a friend and are lying to their men so she can cheat with him as she pleases. If a woman says you’re a friend, and she’s not flirting or trying to romance you, she’s not into you. Again, if I was attracted to and actually desired a man, why the fuck would I tell him he’s a friend while also not trying to initiate courting? Wom…

Is this a joke? Since when do people make friends based off their relationship potential? Is this further extrapolation of what men actually do? I’ve had male friends in the past before I realized the dogs they are, and we were never compatible in a relationship sense. Compatible men I would’ve had crushes on, and therefore NOT BEEN FRIENDS WITH. I will continue to stone wall men in any social context irl, I can’t stand this shit.

Most of my female friends are not aware that men will also view them as a woman first, and a friend second. Because most women will view a male friend as a friend first, and a man second. They can’t comprehend that they will never be removed from their sexuality in a man’s eyes. Call it ignorance or naivety, they just aren’t aware. And honestly, I wish I could go back to the days before I was made aware of this. It’s ruined male companionship for me, fueled misandrist thinking, and overall has j…

I would say you probably fall in line with black pill sympathizers if you really were as ugly as you say. That would’ve led you to definitely feel the weight of pretty privilege, and the importance of looks in day to day life. That’s where I think you fall into all of this.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/24 06:49 AM

Even if they had these discussions at the beginning, a mid 20s person would’ve started a 5 year long relationship around the age of 20. I wouldn’t say a 20 year old is guaranteed to want the same things in life 5 years later. Around my age, people are changing drastically each year as we gain more life experience. What I wanted in life at 19 is far different than what I currently want at 21, and I would bet good money that there would be something changed about what I want at 23.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 05:51 PM

This is just expressions of love. I don’t think people are more likely to want to follow gender stereotypes just because they’re in love. I think they’re going to want to express their love in whatever gender expression they fit, because they’re in love.

They may want different things. They’re at the age where discussions about where they want to settle down, what lifestyle they want to live, kids or not, etc start to make themselves important. I would imagine an amicable breakup where they both love each other would be due to these differences.

Looking like a criminal and actually being a criminal are two very different things. I actually don’t judge based on presentation in the status category since I do have a preference for alternative looking men so I guess to some- men who look like punks I guess.

If they were to participate in white collar crime, it would definitely not be in anything with my name on it as I’m the type to want to see it. It would have to be in their own career. Regarding business owners, there’s a large difference between breaking a law and finding loopholes. /r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 02:15 PM

I would argue there’s also a psychological component as well, since most psychologists take the stance of “soft determinism” which is essentially, just that it’s a mixture of free will and determinism. Think how health outcomes are shaped by both genetics (represents determinism in the metaphor) and day to day habits (represents free will).

I am absolutely evaluating on an equation of looks, money, status (I am defining this as status of criminal vs upstanding citizen), and an extra variable I’d like to add- personality. Hmm, I wouldn’t trust these stats too much. Their source for the chart is the census, and young people are known for not taking part in the census, so there wouldn’t be accurate representation of their demographic and how they live. New York sounds pretty unique in that aspect. I’m from one of the 10 largest cities, but in the South, and I know very few 20 year olds who live with their parents. Lots of 20 year olds move out of their parents homes into a shared living space. Or in my particular situation, I moved into a 1 bed 1 bath apartment when I moved for college and took my car with me. My current boyfriend also started living in his own 1 bed 1 bath at the age of 20, coming from a shared apartment that he moved to when he was 18. It’s actually far more common for 20 year olds to have cars and not live with their parents than you are making it out to be. Do you not live in America …

It’s a joke. I’ve been told I have older woman vibes, and people tend to think I’m far older than 21 based on my writing style and tone. Also I love cardigans and I’ve been told it doesn’t help the overall granny vibes I give off.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/24 07:42 PM

Naw I’m just being realistic. I’m very overweight and struggle with styling myself while being this large. I’m not a very desirable or attractive woman, but even I’m not concerned about it. There will always be men who cannot gaslight themselves into believing that AI sex bots, automated kitchens, and artificial incubators are equal to their counterparts. I intend on having children one day and witnessing these generations that are turning into adults currently combined with the overall attitude towards child rearing, fostering community, and even just kids being in public is looking quite scary to me. Areas that were originally safe spaces to build community and friendship amongst men have become overtaken by women. There are essentially no male only spaces anymore due to it being seen as socially unacceptable. I think the key problem here is that the compromising wasn’t reciprocated therefore you were left feeling like you were trying too hard. I’m sorry you went through that, it must’ve been difficult dating someone who wouldn’t bend on what they wanted or take your wants into consideration. I have an opinion of what they should do instead, which kind of builds on your take. Instead of hunkering down into the niche they’re currently in, I think they should take note of the niche of women they are attracted to, and I mean, really get specific with it. To have that type of love, you need to have intimacy, passion, and commitment. Reason why it’s so rare is because most relationships lack one or more of those qualities. Wife doesn’t put out or husband struggles to show affection, there goes intimacy. Either one of them stops, or simply doesn’t, work on themselves or their surroundings to be the best they can be for the other; welp there goes passion. My viewpoint as a woman is that he’d be better off with the 30 year old woman. Why? Quite a few reasons actually, and the first two are completely non-sexual. 1. Like someone else said above, younger women who date older men usually are interested in the fact that they have lived more life than them.
