Face the issues head on. Ignoring it will only let it fester and grow into a bigger issue. Tackle the problem by having face-to-face communications and really get to the root of the problem; why are they complaining? Probably has to do with either 1) they feel under-recognized for their work 2) underpaid 3)hate their job duties 4) hate their boss and or coworker or 5) outside of work issues that you can't control, but can address and make the employee feel comfortable

Definitely time. With two small children and a demanding job with a lot of travel, I was finding it very hard to get to the gym, esp. with drive time This is great. Why do you find it so important to work out- what motivates you?

My view of a young professional is someone who works in a professional field (business, healthcare, design, law, things like that) between the ages of 22/23 and their early to mid-30's. Thats what I have always viewed anyways. I struggled with using young professional because of the very reason you pointed out, but couldn't think of a broader, more encompassing word to describe the segment of the population.

You don't need to join a frat- join some other orgs/clubs within your university (the business orgs usually have hot girls) and go from there. Go out to bars or populated areas (malls, coffee shops) and see what you find- easy environments to have a conversation with girls. I wouldn't focus on the number necessarily, either

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
