| -2 | CEO of Reddit: Ellen Pao says she "weeds out" candidates who don’t embrace her priority of building a gender-balanced and multiracial team. She has also has removed salary negotiations from the hiring process because studies show "women don’t fare as well as men."White male here. This isn't going to (apparently) be popular but I've worked in software development for 25 years and been on a fair number of projects. I've worked in both all white, all male teams as well as balanced teams (spanning race, sex and religion). I'd take the balanced team any day. In my own experience, I've seen a broader set of creativity, less ego and less awkwardness in the balanced teams. There are also a lot of people ...and guys are some of them...who value a balanced team. | /r/MensRights | 06/04/15 10:40 PM |
| 4 | How do you guys get over a girl from the past?I like the travel ideas I've folks have mentioned. Also, I read that, for people having a tough time, they wear a rubber band on their wrist and snap it and say something like "I can be happy without ________". It kinda 'snaps' you out of those melancholy moments and gets your mind thinking right. | /r/seduction | 25/01/14 01:15 PM |
| 1 | Why are girls only interested when I am NOT single? Some women are definitely more attracted to unavailable men and some, married men in particular. But, I do think your own behavior changes when you're out of the relationship factors in as well. | /r/seduction | 08/01/14 05:45 PM |
| -1 | 'Where do I know you from?' I get this all the time. How do I respond?If it's a cute girl, "Ah, no fair, you're gazing into the future..." | /r/seduction | 12/09/10 03:31 PM |
| 2 | I'm a Father who just went through a custody battle for his children. Here is my story. ( originally in IAMA, but though it would be more receptive here.)This isn't about men's rights so much as it is about sanity. Why can't people who make decisions figure out what it looks like? | /r/MensRights | 23/07/10 05:24 PM |
