but a couple minutes later he turned to a female friend who had just joined the group and they both completely ignored me (she even gave me an odd look before turning away). Yeah, I think might just be due to being unaware, not out of disinterest. Probably just wanted to catch up with each other, not intentionally neglect you. Would have been nice if they had re-integrated you back into the conversation. If he had introduced you to the other girl. We ended up having small flirty exchanges whenev…

Hey, thanks for taking the time to write all those signs. I really don't think guys use any of this as definitive signs since they fall under the premise of plausible deniability. . . . However, it is also important to pay attention to the depth of the interaction and not being fooled by a girl's overall bubbly personality....some guys just confuse extroversion for interest and I have to remind him that the quality of the conversation is what truly shows interest. Those were big key points. That…

Does he have a collection indicating how guys show interest or try to seduce a woman? Good question. This is the OP of that comment. I think it might vary according to age, level of confidence and how much experience he has with women. Lesser experienced guys might try too hard to impress, or demonstrate what a good boyfriend he would be (I call this "boyfriend auditioning") and jumping in to solve problems even if you didn't ask for his help. He wants to be your hero. He'll often perform "acts …

Can you make man version of this? After reading that wall of text, I take it as a compliment that anyone would want to read more. Here's advice I've shared before, for flirting in a party/bar/nightclub setting. For a daytime setting, I'd break the ice with a comment on our surroundings, introducing myself and taking the conversation from there. I do this instinctively, so it was a lot of work to get it out of my head and into writing. Step 0 is to fix your mindset. Love yourself. You don't seek …

Thanks for the kind words. "World-class expert," I'm flattered. I put my comment in this thread, but I may be too late to make a difference. Hopefully the OP sees it. P.S. Did you link to a Polish (pl) version of Reddit? I got confused when I got to the bottom of my post, and all the options were in another language. Here are some tips. As a general guideline: What's subtle to you is invisible to him. What's obvious to you is subtle to him. What's obvious to the point of embarrassing to you, is starting to be visible to him. Not sure if girls plan it out or just do it naturally, but what works best on me is when girls have "warmed me up" a little first with casual conversation. So that when they do finally ask me out, it feels natural and it's easy for me to say yes. Here are some moves: Bring up some excuse…

You're welcome! I'm surprised you noticed the updates and new links. Do you get a notification as if it's a new reply whenever I update it? It's convenient for me to put links to all my best dating advice in one place. Also makes it easier to share advice in replies and PMs. Not dating related, but I also posted a round-up of links here: gotthelowdown on marketing You could say marketing is like seduction. Except instead of attracting women, you're attracting money.

Thank you for leaving a comment haha, and for linking more reading material. You're welcome! I'm amazed that anybody slogs through those posts, with how long they are. Sometimes users have complained. I shrug it off. If humans were simpler, the posts would be shorter. How much feeling can you mention before it's considered too much, do you think? Is telling a girl you fairly recently met that you like her and let's go out for drinks any worse or better than just saying let's go for drinks? Don't…

It makes me feel better because he's willing to share all of the wonderful insight he has with people trying to learn this shit - There was a time when this guy was probably clueless too you know... Thank you, and you are absolutely right. I'd argue possibly more clueless than most guys. The journey was long and hard. If it makes you feel better, "Every master was first a disaster." My list of failures is far, far more extensive than my list of successes.

The biggest lesson for me was to let go of expectations. This is different from "not giving a fuck" or "not caring." That often results in denial, rather than embracing the present. Guys are often "mission oriented" and sometimes make conversations with girls to be too "high stakes." Don't have a "goal" when you talk to a girl. If you don't have a goal, you're not going to worry about losing anything. I gotta get her phone number or I'm a loser! I gotta get a date or I'm a loser! Thinking like t…
