Hm I see.. but what matters of the experience if you are getting rejected 85% of the time? With those odds, it would seem fruitless to continue. Or do you mean that you intend to improve and increase your success rate? Also, in your example #2, did you ask if she was half-asian or did she ask you if you were half-asian?

I made the ultimate mistake. I was smiling to myself (don't remember why) and looked out the window of the subway car and as I did this, I had to turn my head to the right. The girl next to me must have thought I was smiling at her and she turned 3/4 of the way and smiled at me intentionally... What do you use FB for then if you have deactivated most things? I agree that it is to do with the people themselves but these services do enable those people. Also, what if you are of superficiality (at least in terms of what you are looking for/want in women) but cannot act on being so extrovertedly (not a word but work with me) driven on achieving those goals? I mean, I can't honestly say that I would kill myself if I were said to be bland. I might feel a little hurt depending on who said it …
