He wasn't a terrible looking guy. Not above average attractive but he looked fine, I personally wouldn't rule him out over looks. Hell, I've liked guys uglier than he is. Difference is, they didn't hate women and weren't outrageously racist.

No way please don’t give up Catholic-kun, genuinely. Females have lower libidos on average anyway, and there’s a lot of women that don’t play by the rules of modern dating and would be completely turned off by early sexual advances. Besides, there are two different worlds of dating we’re talking about, your typical tinder girl might have these expectations but a religious minded girl should not!

Larger penises are better for bottom surgery as far as I know, easier to work with, as counterintuitive as it may seem. So the bigger the dick the better the surgical pussy?

Okay Canadian woman here and I’m gonna be completely blunt, at the risk of being wildly offensive. Born Canadian women, of any race, are not dating the majority male Indian students. Born Indian-Canadians are lovely but this last wave of international students has been disastrous and sparked a ton of animosity, many are fine but a non insignificant amount approach us with the idea that we’re all crazy western sluts down for anything and may or may not fetishize whiteness. The Indian students are…

If you're using subreddits to make generlisations on large swathes of the population then you're an idiot. Reddit has brainwashed its female users into overestimating their ability to get laid. You cannot be serious. In the same post man…

I know it’s overwhelmingly obvious but since I haven’t seen anyone else bring it up yet… the availability of fast food and delivery combined with most women spending less time at home due to work. It also differs by country obviously, this is very much a western issue, and even then it’s mostly America. I think cooking is an important life skill for anyone to have really, you don’t wanna be dependent on cheap greasy food, so less people doing it is not a good thing at all. Oh yeah edit for perso…

Good intentions, but I think a lot of people would interpret the gesture as offensive because it comes with the implication of a flaw. Unless it manages to come off naturally somehow, like someone asks if he’s tired and he mentions his eyes are just like that and you can propose your solution. Otherwise it could look like bullying even if your heart is in the right place!

I can’t even come up with a pseudo scientific armchair psychologist reason for why he’d do that. Did he just… forget he had a phone?

I already thought about this and I do agree the face requires a bit more delicacy, but then consider that a man sporting a beard or even just stubble is not going to turn heads. No one is batting an eye. But a woman WILL face more pushback if it’s obvious that she isn’t shaving her legs. I’d also like to challenge you to actually try shaving your legs, all the way up to the groin. You can’t miss a patch of hair either. The razor burn and the ingrown hairs are hell.

Hah, didn’t think of that, good call. I similarly find a lot of the offshoot pill colours very silly but I acknowledge that by now they’ve built up strong identities of their own (like the black pill) that we just… haven’t come up with another term for, I guess.

To make my own stance clear before I say anything: do whatever you want with your body hair, no matter your gender, but don’t expect everyone to like it… no matter your gender. Also yes I shave I am not a spooky hairy radical feminist So, first of all, shaving your pits, your whole legs, bikini line (if you guys even know what that is), AND potentially your… kitty, is a lot more effort than just shaving your face. And a lot of men ONLY shave their face, whereas the baseline expectation for women…

Beige flags… what a stupid concept. Green flags too kinda but to a lesser extent because it makes sense that there’d be an opposite to red flags. But BEIGE flags? Just call it a thing you noticed about someone you dummy! TikTok genuinely makes everything dumber. Doesn’t even have to steal our data or whatever to be terrible.

Oh yeah I always need timers, or I’m bound to wander off and forget. The biggest thing my mum has tried to impart on me is not to leave when I’m in the middle of cooking, haha. She’s got ADHD too, so she’d know! I’ve gotten decent at pasta, I used to overcook it but I have finally gotten down the most fundamental meal of an Italian family household down, bless 🙏 never tried a soup but you know, that could be fun, probably something cream based. I help my mum out making things from scratch sometimes, like when we find fun recipes, but on my own it’s a rarity. I’m a picky eater so I’d probably benefit from making more of my own stuff with ingredients I like come to think of it. I’ve gotten the hang of pasta at least, no longer overcooking the hell out of it. Yippie!! Thanks for the advice by the way, I love pierogis so I’ll keep trying til I get the rhythm down

I think where I went wrong with the pizza was it thawed a little bit before I put it in and I set it at the highest recommended time. Oddly didn’t seem burnt though, the toppings just got blown off somehow. And for the pierogi, my family always insists I boil first and then fry, and I’m not a good judge of how long is too long in the pot. The guide I was following was wait til the pierogis float to the surface but that was too long. I do prefer just frying them straight from frozen.

I'm so sick of being bad at cooking I managed to somehow separate pierogi shells from the cheese filling, created a cake that collapsed in the middle, and my frozen hawaiian pizza exploded in the oven. I can never be a tradwife now 😔 The breadwinner life chose me...

I feel like you also have to take into consideration that Ukraine's birth rate was already getting pretty low so 28% may not look like much on paper, but it has to be hitting them harder than if their TRF was healthy. What you mention I'm guessing has to do with returning soldier effect since it accounts for babies born DURING conflict and not just after, like when a soldier gets to temporarily visit home between deployments

I'm willing to guess the civil war could also be treated as a special case but I'm not american so I honestly don't know all the specifics of it. That's interesting if the TFR was resistant to change despite it, there were areas that must've been spared of most of the conflict right? Still, most conflicts see SOME decline in birth rates for reasons that are often obvious, like the whole men being dead or away from their wives thing. In Ukraine the drop is estimated to be by 28% as of 2023.

Errgghm askhually, 🤓☝️ *pushes up glasses* most people in third world countries can't just not have kids on the basis of some western people on the other side of the world having an easier life than they do. There's things like lack of access to contraceptives, the demonization of contraceptives, religion, societal pressure to reproduce, and complete lack of choice in the case of women in sexist cultures where they have less legal rights. Furthermore, people DO tend to stop making babies when th…

5 years sounds good to me, I wanna be really sure about it! Though age is also a consideration because I don’t want to be waiting way into my thirties necessarily either… so if I’ve been dating someone for only a couple years when I’m 29 (23 turning 24 rn) I think I’d be willing to get it done faster.

Obligatory not a man but being bi I would honestly be disappointed! There’s this idea that gay people are all slutty all the time but some of us like traditional chaste relationships too :/ you’ve also got a lot of bi women who claim they like girls but consistently JUST fuck men

There’s probably exceptions to the rule, some people go through a phase because their mental health is poor and then they get treated, but that’s a rarity. No one should be shamed for having a standard.

If money and resources weren’t a concern, what sort of hobbies or big silly passion projects would you invest in? I’m curious what the people here are actually into outside of reddit, and whether it reflects anything about them. I’d create a squirrel sanctuary. Squirrels are very important to me, I just love rodents. Which I guess is reflective of me being an animal nut.

I don’t mind the questions, better than people making wrong assumptions right? Anyway, you’re correct about neurodivergence, it’s often used as shorthand for just autism and ADHD but it can encompass other conditions too, like bipolar disorder. My whole family is ND and full of emotional people, men included, so it’s really just what I’m used to and comfortable with. Ideally I’d like a balance, as in a guy who isn’t completely stone faced stoic but isn’t in constant distress either. I do want em…

TikTok. It ruined the attention span of a whole generation and I hate how it's designed, it's an atrocious app. It has such a massive influence on people my age and even my parents, which is why it's my pick. The spread of misinformation is insane. OF is close behind it, but I'd rather let the e thots and simps dig their own grave.

Go for it, it's just annoying when people try pingponging between the two lifestyles when they suddenly decide they're ready for marriage. Like they're trying to have their cake and eat it too. No problem with hedonists who know what they are and stay consistent about it.

Plastic surgery, my guy. Laws for it are more lax in Korea so you can get procedures done there that they don’t offer in the USA. Surgery is kore commonplace too since there’s such a high emphasis on meeting the beauty standard. So, it’s a good thing and a bad thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/24 10:54 PM

ND is short for neurodivergent, which refers to autism and ADHD mainly. Yup, I’ve experienced it, my first boyfriend was very vulnerable. I guess I can see how it’d be tiring but I grew up already acting like a therapist for friends and family so I didn’t mind. I broke up with him for other reasons. I think we have different definitions of “independent”. There should still be commitment and exclusivity, but if your whole life revolves around your partner and you depend on them 100% financially I…

Fewer sex partners for both genders leads to happier marriages on average. BOTH genders. I don’t know why people have such a problem accepting this. Sure, have fun, go have your ho or player phase, but you’re more likely to divorce. You have to live with the consequences of your decisions.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/24 09:46 PM

Ooo, fun! • Female woman • Effexor (no pill) • Single, recently left an online relationship… • ISFJ I think? • Another ND person who won’t push for sex, and will give me space • I’m creative, low(ish) maintenance, know what I want in life, and I think I’m a good listener • I like having time alone and that could be interpreted as disinterest • I have big boobs and a nerdy appeal I guess, but I want to wait for marriage or at least engagement before having sex and I understand a lot of people can…

Scumbaggery tends to be comorbid with traits that reel people in, like the charisma and confidence of a narcissist, so in the short run it can absolutely be an advantage. But then because they’re scumbags these men also make the relationship unhealthy, and short lived if they can’t hold down a victim. I’m autistic and I absolutely prefer ND guys but I’m not gonna act like it’s easy to find other ND people to get with, it’s not and ND women having a bigger dating pool than their male counterparts…

Well, I’ll give you that one. I’m glad you have a good family, your first post seemed really hateful and all encompassing towards women so I was getting the impression you’d never had nice relationships with women. But I understand now it was more hyperbole. I’m also guessing your issue is with younger generations. Still, while I understand men face their own issues with entering therapy, it can’t be easy being happy when you’re jaded and a therapist can challenge those thoughts. No one can forc…

Alright pal time to see a therapist, genuinely. These are not normal thinking patterns and I can only imagine what drove you to view the world this way. I don't think most redpillers would even agree with you, you're making men sound almost as bad as women here. What's more likely... that YOU have it all figured out and all women are wretched harpies and love isn't real and blah blah blah, or maybe the world isn't so simple and you just have a bias? Also what was your mother like

You didn't really answer HOW women ignore the needs of others, unless them not having kids is meant to be an example of that... in which case, look at the economy, do you not think that might have an impact on people choosing whether or not to have kids? A lot of people are waiting because they don't feel like they have the resources available to give a kid a good life. My point was that women have traditionally been more involved when they did have kids, got nothing to do with birth rates.

He still hasn't answered my inquiry about his mother. Please sir I am on the edge of my seat with curiosity, are you on good terms? No contact? Low contact?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/24 10:22 AM

Look I'm sorry about whatever bad experiences you may have had with women, but do you not feel a bit silly generalizing 50% of the population? It's even pointed out in this very definition that there is a distinction between true narcissists and the kind of "light" narcissistic behaviour that otherwise normal people can demonstrate, which is on the rise for this ENTIRE generation, men AND women. How do women inherently ignore the needs of those around them anyway? Woman have always been more inv…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/24 10:19 AM

Yeah I have actually, and among the women I know very few of them think all that of themselves or seek men explicitly to exploit them, it's such a small minority. I'm not even saying they're all great people either, their issues just don't include narcissism. The girlboss yass queen female empowerment agenda you're talking about has to compete with all the other things on social media that are making women's self-esteem lower, not raising it. Things like the absurd amount of porn everywhere or e…

There WERE refutations under the original post, but then he deleted it and posted it again, and here we are. All of the good faith (and bad faith) arguments gone. In any case, I'll summarize what I was going for in my response to the OG post: This kind of broad strokes demonization of women feels indicative of trouble with the women in his personal life, that he's allowed to colour his view of an entire gender. Much like the women with daddy issues who claim all men are bad because of it, same t…

We both know he's not going to dignify us with a single source, but god do I wanna pick his brain about it. Where does he get the confidence to state a bunch of shit like this so boldly based on nothing but his highly distorted perception of the world? Did he see one TikTok about NPD and that was it for him, he solved women?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/03/24 09:32 AM

Most guys aren't built like PPD men and don't even think about this type of shit, but I've thought up a couple of hypothetical reasons why. Correlation between narcissistic traits (not necessarily NPD) and attractiveness. Pretty chicks who know they're pretty could come off as vain, and it's pretty women they're after, not the invisible uggos. Anything to avoid loneliness. Celibacy is their worst fear so these guys will take sex no matter the cost, even if it's attached to a relationship with a …
