SAoNGAF is more about changing your perspective on everyday events and how to reduce/eliminate a lot of your daily struggles by being selective about where you choose to give a fuck (to care). Models focuses on dating and being authentic in your approach. So yes they are different books, and I would recommend both.

To expand on the original comment, if you're looking for a good read on what "Stop caring" actually means, I would highly recommend the book "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck" by Mark Manson. He is a highly recommended author in this subreddit.

Some more meta - this might come across as pedantic, but can we change the title of "Seddit Lair"? I really don't like the term. The only time I ever hear "lair" used is in the context of a villain's hideout. Definition: a wild animal's resting place, especially one that is well hidden. or A secret or private place in which a person seeks concealment or seclusion. I feel that seduction is the opposite of this and that our goal is to go out and meet people.

Know the real difference between the male model and you? Self-confidence. Sure being good-looking gives the male model some natural confidence, but having a negative self-outlook over things you can't control (height) is only hurting your chances. Some people dress nicely because it helps their confidence. I like to call it "You do you, man."

Small detail, but it throws off the analogy. Just because they don't get a hit doesn't mean they strike out. You can ground out, fly out, reach on an error, take a walk, etc. They only get a hit 30% of the time. But those ABs contribute to experience, which hopefully over time leads to more success (more hits)

If you don't mind, what do you recommend chasing with soy sauce? I have a feeling it would be similar to a pickleback, I mean who would have thought to use pickle juice as a whiskey chaser?

it's really nothing to worry about if the girl is interested in you. I was on a date on Saturday and the first kiss went poorly. I laughed it off and said "The last one didn't count," then moved in to kiss her again. Went much better.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
