6	Switch the genders... It's a catch 22. You're right in that it shouldn't be normal and that if the genders were reversed things would go much much differently. But if you were to pursue the issue much further they would just tag you as "sensitive" and like one commenter said "a bitch" which I don't agree with but that's the culture we currently live in. 29	Man wins $390,000 in gender discrimination case because a woman got the promotion he was more qualified for I always found it amusing that when we have a snowy day here (New England) all the guys show up for work (car dealership) and the women call out because they don’t want to drive in the snow. 13	Universities need to stop suspending students who are being accused of sexual misconduct until they are proven guilty. They also should have the right to stay anonymous until their convictions. At least this student won the first battle and he is now planning to seek damage over false allegations. My roommate in college was a victim of a false rape allegation. I’ll recount the events as I remember them. Both my roommate and I were in a small fraternity. Every halloween we would throw a party and invite a few more people than usual over, maybe 30 or so. A girl who didn’t attend our university ended up hitting it off with my roommate, and both of them got pretty bombed playing flip cup or some lame shit.
