| 1 | Girls never kiss me.I honestly thought ppl DONT kiss on the first date anymore.. my last 3 long term relationships didnt. That being said, i feel maybe the goal should be a second and maybe date. Then maybe go in for a kiss. At the first date stage, these ppl are pretty much strangers, so a little hesitation is normal. Just stick with it, if you can land 20ish dates.. you are gonna be fine xD | /r/seduction | 13/07/15 02:16 AM |
| 1 | How to turn shame off?For a quick fix, make yourself laugh. Anything you think is funny, maybe have a few goldies that always do the trick. Laughter instantly breaks inner tension and you can have a clearer mind to not give fucks! | /r/seduction | 13/07/15 01:16 AM |

I would like to add that if you need a workout with a little lower impact (or on your off days from lifting), then you should try fitness walking. I recently started and it has been an awesome experience. I shaved 2 minutes off my mile time in 6 weeks! Its an "everyman" kind of sport that anyone can enjoy! Good luck! | /r/seduction | 12/07/15 10:59 PM |

If they tend to sway while you are walking, tense your abs. This will prevent a swaying motion. Doing 3 sets of 10 crunches/sit ups when you wake up will add the muscular foundation to pull this off. Also, good posture will bring stability. This can be accomplished by 3 sets of 10 back extensions. If you do not have access to weights, i suggest doing bent over deadlift (start by standing, touching your toes and pausing, then exclusively using your back muscles … | /r/seduction | 12/07/15 03:44 PM |
