okay if you and I got in a fight, you were beating on me, then 5 minutes later I walked up to you and socked you in the mouth would that be cool or would that be a sucker punch? I'm not saying it's OK that she's hitting him and he should NEVER hit back, I'm saying it looks like it happened after all the violence took place and things calmed down.

Come on guys... that was clearly some dude just sucker punching a woman at least 30 seconds after she struck him. There's even a cut in there so it's probably longer. This looks like he did something and screwed up, she got mad and beat on him, he tried to apologize, she rejected and he lashed out. I bet he is either on drugs, a drunk, cheated on her or all the above.
