I think the Swedes have taken it to the extreme but it is not invalid. No is no. There is a simplicity in that. I am certain the cops treat a pestering husband differently than a prowler carrying a rape kit. It ends the conversation of what is rape and what is not. One no = rape. But drive changes over time. Emotions come and go. So that again makes finding that long term match difficult. That means consent without pestering. Pestering for consent is a form of rape. For example, your spouse is tired - you already had a romp that morning and it was a long day. You roll over and suggest it would be fun to x, y, z. You get tossed a tissue and some lotion with a good night kiss. That is nonconsent. Once more word is now pestering.
