Technically I am far from knowledgeable enough to answer. In practice what most people think is being an introvert very often is just social anxiety, awkwardness, uncalibratedness, shyness (can be a shy extrovert) etc. In fact many people state that pickup "turned them into extroverts" or a "social introvert", whatever that means.

I. It is healthy. You will feel better and more energized. Also most likely you have some posture problems. Deadliftsdo wonders for your back. If you workout with proper form your body will have no choice but develop a good posture. II. It's also good for your mental health. You'll feel more confident both when you see results, but more so just because you're doing it. III. It is attractive, let's not lie to ourselves. It may not be a requirement but it helps.

1st Reading books is good, but taking action is what most people are missing. 2nd that book, while I found it interesting, is definitely not going to help you with pick up.
