20	My husband's dad just said that he felt bad for a family member that just had another daughter. A taxi driver said something about this in front of me, and I went off. My family was horrified, but I’ll be goddamned if a man says something in front of me, disparaging a newborn infant just because she is a girl. Any comment disparaging women or girls is abhorrent, but I will not tolerate some language, and this is an example. Don’t let them leave your presence without being called on this.
