5	[FR] Talking to random guys at a party College parties aren't the place to make "2nd dates" or short term friendships. People go to them to get free alcohol, make out, possibly have sex. The parties you described seem to be in this category. Possibly, the party scene may not be for the type of guy you're looking for. That said, you shouldn't stop going. 2	I'm a girl back at college. I want to meet people/guys but I'm feeling a lot of approach anxiety. Walk around the street and look for people who look like they've been partying and just randomly ask them if they know where parties are at. No one will think you're weird for doing that, so don't be shy about it. If they don't offer to bring you along with them, then they will probably tell you where it is.
