This, like most “journalism” these days can be summed up fairly succinctly: it’s all clearly men’s fault.

Parody? Anybody? No? No, we’ve reached that point haven’t we? Well, guess it’s time we pack it in... at this point it can’t become more asinine, can it?

34? I wouldn’t peg any of them in that pic as under 40.

Lines under the eyes. Lines showing up on the forehead too. Defined smiles lines. Oof. I hope that dissertation says, “I love you,” back.

Yes, both older (sometimes I feel very old) and wiser. I think I'm just more cognizant of the situations in which I'm involved, or just more vigilant. I think it's made me more selfish, but compared to how I was before, the selfishness is definitely a good thing.

As someone now entering their late twenties that has lost a great deal (I balk at saying everything) because of a divorce at 26, I only wish that the capriciousness of the modern American woman would have been at the back of my mind before marrying post-college. Lesson learned. I see a lot of my friends either already having gone through a divorce (again age range of around 25-29) or they are consciously putting off the "M" word for any number of reasons if they're with a partner or avoiding any…

I'm in a similar situation myself. There's one in particular that keeps coming back, but I haven't really allowed that to ruin my game (A few random F-Closes and some pretty serious escalations with the one I currently have my sights on). But, she always inevitably freaks and runs away. At which point, I cease all contact. It's usually a couple weeks, but she keeps coming back. My advice, let it play out. I know that's easier said than done, but patience is a virtue that will pay off in spades i…

People actually think like this man? Maybe I'm just sheltered, I live in a fairly rural area in the Midwest, but I'm pretty sure if this person said anything like that in person around here he'd be getting his ass kicked soon afterward. I understand he was probably being a bit of a troll and that some of what his comment contained could be called 'hyperbole', but still. I say we just remove his penis for him and just get it over with (joking, obviously).

I sacrificed many years at a dead-end job to support my (ex)wife through graduate school. I found work post-college, she didn't. So, I offered to work while she perused graduate school. I cleaned the house, did the laundry, paid the bills, essentially ran the home while she was in classes and work part-time. Fast forward to a few months ago, she got a high paying job (far more so than mine) and within 2 months we were separated. My sacrifice, my putting off my own career goals was all for naught…

I shudder at the use of the phrase, "Husband training." Someone needs to train her to drop 20 pounds and do some body groooming. Amirite?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
