I use Facebook and Instagram only (1st for business and messaging, 2nd for actual social). I think good advice literally never post “vanity” pictures, to post rarely, to be online rarely (which you should probably be anyway, as you have a life). Your posts should always focus on the experience and not yourself. Also it should focus on large experiences that people rarely do. Yes, maybe you ARE proud of a new PR in the gym.
