In Australia it is called Ethics Permission colloquially, more formally, permission from an approved Human Research Ethics Committee. The function is similar. There should be an approval number, contact details for a lead researcher (supervisor if the researcher is a student) and a separate contact for an ethics administrative officer at the University or other organisation where the approval was granted.
