You could go the money route, or the exposure route. The money route is getting a job that pays so well that they'll find you outside of work. Think doctors, lawyers, software engineers. The exposure route is a job that might not be that great money wise, but puts you in front of a lot of women on the regular. Bartending, ski instructing, stuff like that. I personally recommend the money route or something that combines both.
