The article says “if someone harassed you please feel free to report it, even if legal action isn’t pursued”. That happens all the times. And then this one time I walked to work at 4am because I live just a quarter mile away and nearly nobody ever bothers me but this guy in a red car pulled into some stranger’s driveway and was yelling at me but I was wearing headphones and i didn’t care for whatever he was saying.
