| 19 | Are men only as faithful as their options? How can we as FDS women avoid this?I am ashamed to admit that I was “the other woman” at one time. I also lived in NYC around a lot of rich and powerful men. To me, cheating seems inevitable. Rich, powerful, and famous men have millions of options. I believe there are only two things that prevent men like this from cheating: one, of the man is particularly religious and his faith and convictions are stronger than his desire for variety and an ego boost. Two is if the man knows he is married to a HVW who will leave his ass, take t… | /r/askFDS | 27/10/20 08:25 PM |
| 15 | How to respond to a ‘drinks’ dateIn my experience, no guy has ever turned down food. And if you warn him ahead of time, he should expect that you might eat. If I ever ordered food on a first date and the guy let me pay for it, I would NEVER go out with him again lol. | /r/askFDS | 28/09/20 10:15 PM |
| 5 | How to respond to a ‘drinks’ dateI know this isn’t a popular opinion here, but I actually think a drinks date is fine IF you met him online. Personally I wouldn’t want to be stuck having dinner with someone who sucks lol. My go-to line is “Sure, but can we go somewhere with food? I’m usually starving around that time.” That way you have an easy out if you don’t like him (can stay for one drink) but you’re also planting the seed that he better be prepared to feed you. | /r/askFDS | 28/09/20 09:40 PM |
| 33 | Made the mistake of inviting a man to a cooked meal (never again). He declined. Had the fucking cooked meal for myself and it was amazing. This just gave me PTSD to when I spent all afternoon making lasagna with sauce and bechamel from SCRATCH, along with homemade garlic bread...and then the guy declined because he was “working late.” If I had to describe that feeling, I’d say...humiliating, deflating, energy-sucking. Trying to keep a smile on my face and not take it personally, but OF COURSE taking it personally. NEVER. AGAIN. I will NEVER subject myself to feeing like that EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. Pasta looks amazing btw! | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 27/09/20 06:50 AM |
