It's weird because if you Google "rape definition" you get multiple things that aren't the same. One involves penetration, one is just sexual activity. So it's probably dependent on what country or even state it happened in whether a woman can be charged with rape.

She didn't want special treatment, she went to a hair cutting business to get her hair done and they turned her away based on gender, its discrimination. Back in Uni I had long hair and went to the local hairdressers, they didn't turn me away because "this is a salon and you are a man".
