I needed this when my ex tried to trap me. Thank God my family mostly my Dad pulled me out of the panic mindset. Now I just have to sit and wait for the court to see her "Nice Girl" side. Message to you OP, have your foundation set in place and write everything down and stand your ground. Hang in there and don't let her get to you.

I like to think that all relationships are like this. If you do that for me then I'll do this for you. (But only if it helps me). It's sad to see that but with little trust goes every time someone wrongs you. But I'm glad I'm going my own way, but I'm not gonna forget my fellow brothers.

My situation is dealing with a baby momma that wanted to become a dependa. I love my son and I'm doing everything that I can to make sure he knows I love him. I stay close to my family and friends. Keep my mind off the issue by finding new things or go do a happy activity or happy place. But don't sit and dwell on the sadness vent once and try your best to avoid the situation. Know what the facts are and Be strong my brother.

I'm glad I did get the paternity test. Baby momma is still pissed that I asked for it. That being said, suicide is still a thought even though I know it's not my fault and not my problem.
