1	How common are groups in which the "alpha" shows dominance by criticizing everything and everyone that's not ok with him? Don't be too put off by it, you just let the dude have his fun. And what happens when he turns that on me for some reason? I usually don't suck up, especially to him, and that kind of ruffled his feathers a bit. Having fun without having to piss on others is the exception? as opposed to those in his spot who just aren't smart enough to think about it.
