As a cis White male happily married with two achool age daughters, I really want to be in a drag show.

I typically request 40-60 minute consultation regarding Low T. I cannot commit the time to type it out. I can summarize the nuance by pointing out that in the past 2 years I've diagnosed 3 brain tumors from initial eval of low T levels. It's not straight forward.

It doesn't correct for age. Aaaand Our T level fluctuate through out the day, and based on fasting status, stress, etc. Additionally fat tissue can cause T levels to be converted to estrogen (hence why we tell men with higher BMIs to lose weight and do resistance training). So to mail down a "normal" is difficult. Thus we try our best by aligning a baseline to natural circadian rhythm by having blood drawn in the 8 a.m. hour while fasting. There's a large conversation to have about low vs natura…

Joe rogan talked about this a few years ago. Forget who he was to, but they brought up in hunter and gatherer societies there weren't allowed to be freeloaders. Everyone had to contribute to the group in some way.

Shared this with a coworker...they just told me people who believe in God don't have this problem. "God fills the void." Not sure if I'm adding to the conversation, but it think it reflects an attitude of passive subscription to an ideology, target than activity exercise mental wellness.

Recently I've lost a lot of weight and I had thought previously if I had, my confidence would increase in an indirect proportion. It hasn't. Looking back at every girl I had while >200lbs they all stated they were impressed with my confidence, which I was feigning at the time...typically approached with the "watch how quick this will go down in flames, she's totally out of my league" mentality, not taking myself seriously. I realised that my looks are at best average. I'm of average height. I re…

Dan Carlin does a great job of describing him. Essentially uses primary resources to compose a picture of him as having Peter Pan Syndrome. One quote from someone who worked with him gave advice to a person meeting him for the first time, something like "remember, the president is a 6 year old."

Attractive girl gives compliment: Either I think she's humoring, patronizing me, or setting up to manipulate me. Unattractive women gives compliment: She's hitting on me. Kind of feel bad because I want to be nice a reciprocate, but don't want to lead her on.

"Thanks. That's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me." Smile and look flattered.

My wife does this shit all the time. Never sweats. She said if she works out hard enough to sweat she might hurt herself.

"Monogamy ensures I at least have sex with one person." I told my wife before we got married.

About half way through high school I was finally told that the reason people acted iffy towards me wasn't because they didn't like, but because they were intimidated by me. Completely blew my mind. When I finally got to college and found class mates from middle school who I thought disliked me, they admitted that they thought I was cute but I was just too serious and didn't smile enough. Completely switched my view from thinking people outright disliked me. If moved me towards being a more 'frie…

No... the number one reason I'm not having sex is because I'm married.

Girls in groups - Not necessarily singling out one girl, but how does one break that into that dynamic. e.g. three girls at a table obviously no men with them, no wedding rings. Do I just walk up as I would a girl by herself? Also, no wingmen. I always go alone.
