Second that. Plus the mental and physical toll caused by addiction can lead to other things like calling in because of a hangover until you get fired. Or getting a dui and paying for that. I don’t think anyone cares if someone drinks alcohol responsibly.

I don’t see the pad that goes above the knees plus it looks like the setting is as far back as it goes. It doesn’t go higher. But anyways I see this shit and always wonder if these people are embarrassed. Idk how you couldn’t be but they laugh and play it off.

I mean it doesn’t matter what it’s being spent on but who it’s going to. If you give the mom 400 bucks. And she spends the 400 you gave her on daycare that’s 400 bucks she doesn’t have to spend on daycare that can go to stuff for her. What’s it matter who’s 400 is spent. Daycare for my child is about 1000 a month and insurance is about 300 alone. So I know someone’s money is being spent for his care.

You may be right I’ve never been to trial but I’m pretty sure they are convictions I’ve never heard of summary judgement. But I don’t have a law degree either.

I was charged with two felonies, I took a plea bargain for 4 misdemeanors. There were other hoops I had to jump through to even be offered this. These four misdemeanors are convictions that are on my record. I do not have any felonies.

Yeah you can definitely take a plea for lesser convictions. Say you get charged with 1st degree murder and if the prosecutor offers a deal where you plead guilty and they charge you with 2nd degree murder.

I’m not saying she could plead down after being convicted but before. Therefor not being convicted of that felony but a lesser charge. And they might

If she gets convicted for that charge. She could very possibly plead down to a couple misdemeanors and do probation.

Yea i think a lot of it’s pretty much all about taxes and the more profit you make the more the govt could make from taxing but they don’t do they just seize. Also I think it’s good to keep it out of the community, if you ever met a meth head or heroine junky or even a drunk their moral compass is all fucked up and will eventually lead to other problems. Plus it’s a sad and miserable like to live. How to go about doing that though, I have no clue.

Yea but there’s a lot of factors. My dads friend got 40 years for heroin. A lot of it but still that seems pretty steep to me

Doubt she does any time. Shared a cell with a guy who only got 10 years for second degree murder. Definitely ain’t getting 20

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
