I'm a die hard republican and think this is bullshit. People in management get accused of racism and sexual harassment ALL THE TIME, and the majority of accusations are without merit. One accusation is hardly a pattern, it's inevitable that a manager will get at least one complaint in their career, and it's completely different from those with a history of settlements.
