No instructor necessary, I just needed to learn to be comfortable expressing myself in my body and then I found myself with more confidence, less self consciousness, a larger circle of friends, and more available women in my life than ever before. I never danced until I was 49, when I was at a festival, the right group of new friends with the right music helped me lose my self consciousness and just thoroughly fall in love with EDM. That night changed my life forever. I started going dancing once or twice a month at festivals, raves, nightclubs, and ecstatic dance events. My circle of friends became younger and larger and I lost 12 pounds over the first year while my endurance made it possible to dance for hours without stopping.	/r/seduction	27/12/21 12:21 PM
