1	"You're mean" shit test Fair enough man. My point still stands though. You should focus on getting stronger and cleaning up your diet, abs will follow as part of that process. Good that you have a friend, but get a coach who specializes in lifting. Get someone who will work with you on programming and getting stronger. 2	"You're mean" shit test “shoe size 44eu” - 😂 Why worry about visible abs if your lifts are dog shit? A 2 year plateau, bench crushing you and needing shots in your spine from squatting is not normal. Get a coach. Change your focus to putting on quality muscle and strength with the help of someone who knows what they’re doing. You clearly don’t. Women care more about strength and power than abs.
