I agree with this for a scenario like a bar or club where people are basing their judgement on looks. But this doesn't really apply to the workplace because you're there for longer, so people end up judging based on how good you are with other people/work ethic/ and so on.

No see here's the key element: you have to be honest with women you're interested in, honestly as soon as possible to avoid wasting your time. The problem i have is that dudes on this sub will go into elaborate schemes on when to text back, what to say, how much to ignore and so on.
