While not sexual strategy per se, a post from an EC about self-actualization and becoming a better man by taking a path not generally discussed here (the military) sounds like a damn valuable post. A perspective on military service through a RP lens is something I for one am extremely interested in. With respect for your time, should you decide not to make a post about it here I would pursue the opportunity to discuss it with you via PM or another medium of your choosing.

Would love to read a post either here or on the blog detailing your military experience and how it affected your growth as a person.

The War of Art - Steven Pressfield - short chapters make this one perfect for toilet reading. instrumental in cultivating & fortifying a "get shit done" attitude. pun not intended The Millionaire Fastlane - MJ Demarco - this book is the Morpheus of financial literature. was a truly paradigm-shifting experience for me The Unchained Man - Caleb Jones - Blackdragon's masterpiece, Red Pill 101 Maximum Achievement - Brian Tracy - a step-by-step guide on mind-fucking yourself into a life you love livi…

"I can't relate to lazy people. We don't speak the same language. I don't understand you...I don't want to understand you." -Kobe Excellent post OP.

Hell yeah brother. Roll on, and enjoy the ride. Thanks for sounding off.

Would it not benefit you to take him up on his offer sometime? If you've got a desire to "move up" in your current workplace it may be unwise to keep shooting him down, lest he finds somebody else to fill the position he is attempting to groom you for. Just my two cents.

Well said! It's cliche, but too much of a good thing always ends badly. Temperance is golden.

I believe that partying and success are not mutually exclusive items but there must be temperance applied to each Absolutely agree. Partying to celebrate success >>> partying to forget that you're not striving for success. Thanks for sharing your experience!

As long as you give zero fucks about your future Nail on the head. Thanks for the fresh perspective!

As long as you feel that you're on 'the right path' for you, I would venture to say that you're doing alright. Only you can know for sure. Enjoy the ride, friend!

To play devil's advocate, I would rather be in that position at 35 than to be fresh out of divorce court reeling financially and emotionally from a broken heart. I agree with you though, if the post came across as too heavy on asceticism that wasn't my intention. Thanks for the links!

The first sentence of the OP is asking for constructive criticism. So...do you have anything constructive to contribute? Perhaps some never-been-conceptualized advice for boys who wish to become men like yourself? Labeling a post as "circle-jerk" because you're already personally familiar with the concepts seems pretty solipsistic to me, but I'm biased.

Thanks for your input. You haven't "wasted your youth" because you have built something that will last...your business. Live the way you want, no need to justify your choices. As for sounding like an "old parent"...dude, you just made my point for me.

"Just try to have fun every day". I agree 100%, and your analogy was on point. Total control is impossible, but personally I'll try like hell to build a boat to get roughly where I want to go.

Sure, you could start with not losing your temper and throwing a hissy fit over content you disagree with.

I agree with you - the "release" activities of choice will: A. Be fun and immediately gratifying. B. Refresh our batteries so we can hit our more "serious" endeavors with renewed vigor after break time is over. NOT making time for recreation would be just as misguided as the alternatives discussed in the OP. Thanks for commenting.

To bastardize a certain rap lyric: "We reject these women that neglect our respect for the progress of a baby step" OP, thanks for the post - a reminder that consistency always wins.

Physically attractive people tend to get more attention and are generally treated well - this is called "The Halo Effect". If you've not done so, definitely look it up as it will shed some light on your questions. That being said, there is a lot that goes on in between "getting her attention" and "spreading her legs" - this gap is bridged by the intangibles on display in the post. A better-looking man will generally have an easier path to sex with a woman he just met, but he still needs game/int…

Her value is pretty much all based on physical appearance (model = high value). Our value as men is not nearly as conditional on appearance - OP's attitudes and behaviors were on point in this scenario, literally branding him as high value in the woman's eyes. Bold, socially savvy, leading the interaction, strong frame overall - these traits make up the woman's equivalent of what guys would call an HB10 (HB = hot babe btw). Appearance certainly matters, but behavior matters more - let's say OP i…

Hey OP - good shit! This sentence is gold - "TRUST YOURSELF FULLY". This allows for the following: Congruence between desires, thoughts & actions (self-actualization) Breaking the chains of self-doubt, of living inside your head..no more second guessing yourself (confidence) DO WHAT YOU WANT...within reason of course autonomy...a man's most prized possession, some say Animals are selfish, even (especially?) social animals. Like you said, we are animals. "Be a wolf, not a sheep."
