If the burden you describe is being avoided out of fear and self preservation, than sure I agree. Otherwise it all boils down to what aspects of the man's life are demanding those actions of him, and how much value he places on those aspects of his life.

Both shit replies. Truly great men rise above what their country, family, friends, religion, biological drive, or whatever it is trying to steer the direction of his fate. Sure various aspects of his life can influence what he feels is worth the sacrifice of literally all the time he has left in the world, but he needs to make that decision according to himself and his values. I personally agree with the philosophy because it works for me. I would gladly throw down my life in a moments notice to…

Every man has their own goals. You might even change your mind someday. Like I said before, good luck.

I largely agree with what you've written here. Take risks, endure struggles, and see things through to completion if you want more out of life. You only touched upon it briefly, but marriage isn't something that aligns with TRP philosophy. I'd like to believe I would never consider it. I'm surprised people here haven't told you that being an "honorable husband" is a one-way ticket to being cucked or worse. What do you see in it? Went over there out of curiosity. Had to stop reading, it hurt my soul to see all that jack-assery in one place.

She didn't need to go out, get hammered, and do dumb bullshit. Bailing her out of jail simply isn't his responsibility. It's not revenge just to leave her there.

Depending on your career, consider picking up Zig Ziglar's "Secrets of Closing the Sale". He touches upon a lot of sales technique in the book, sure. A lot of that advice is great for life in general though and it's a decent read. Edited a word
